Bought a table and chairs at this location. The sales manager was very nice and made great suggestions. The store is small, for that reason i prefer old orchard...but this one is closer to my house. Everything was delivered on time with no problems.

Very unfriendly front desk representative. Rude, inpatient. Like Pottery Barn products, though. I am ordering mostly online to avoid those arrogant sales representatives.

I bought a dining chair here and an armchair here. The customer service was poor. The dining chair was on sale. When I was trying to ask the sales associate about the pricing, she kept impatiently berating me by asking me why the pricing was so hard to understand when I was trying to make a decision. When we picked up the armchair, it had a big water stain from being improperly stored in the warehouse. I wish they would treat their paying customers better.

The staff here is extremely rude. I was personally criticized and then insulted after I told the staff that their product wasn't going to meet my needs.Truely, replace the staff. I see she does this to others as well.

Just went in now. No greeting no "welcome" feeling. Small store. Not many options. Passed many workers and same thing.Terrible service walked out in .2 seconds. Also they just stared at my fiancé up and down... I don't want to think they were racial profiling but. . .

GO ELSEWHERE- POTTERY BARN DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE PRODUCT THEY DELIVER, CUSTOMER SERVICE, OR YOU. HOME DEPOT, MENARDS, LOWES - All better than this place. #PotteryBarn can give a flying leap about you or the product they deliver. 2 hours on the phone with customer service and the “best” they could offer me is a $148 merchandise credit. NOT WHITE GLOVE- NOT REPUTABLE- NOT TRUSTWORTHY. Shame on you #potterybarn. Shame.on.You.

Store make mistakes with order, catch mistakes for different sizes, reordered with new money , 1 month impossible to received back credit, because gift card comes on mail , super long time , absolutely dessester return with store mistakes

Went here to buy some furniture. Didn't have the best experience.1. I was sitting on a display chair when one of the sales associates kept screaming at me to get off as the chair was broken. Maybe don't put broken display chairs on the floor, or put a sign on it to show that it's broken?2. When I was trying to figure out pricing of the furniture, and I was trying to make a decision, this same associate kept interrupting and kept asking me why I was getting confused. Honestly I just needed time to make a decision and think my options. I don't like getting interrupted when buying stuff.Seriously learn not to abuse your buying customers. It's basic marketing 101.

First off, it’s a small store. We went in to look at colors and feel fabrics in person for their Tencel bedding before ordering.Some showed that they were in stock on their computer but despite radioing back and forth, and looking for 30 minutes they couldn’t find anything - even samples. I get the impression it’s just chaos and I could only imagine what their storeroom looks like.We did end up buying some things there and then put in an order for the rest. It retrospect, it would’ve just been easier and less frustrating to do this online from my couch.Why have a storefront if you don’t actually have at least examples of the products?

Unfortunately I have been here twice and the ladies working at this location have extremely poor customer service. While I was looking for something specific this time around, two staffers were going back and forth with crude language, not even caring about their surroundings or customers. Seems like typical northern suburbs… The only reason I give this Pottery Barn 2 stars instead of 1 is due to the fact that I love the chain, just not this exact location.

The furniture is great and clean,the staff was helpful and courteous, and the delivery men are always great. I recommend them to everyone
