Wouldn’t recommend for Dip. After the service was complete, I told her there was a lot of glue (or whatever that product is) on my skin next to the nail bed. They tried to fix it which took another half an hour. The pictures are after they tried to fix it. I was charged full price and will need to go have them redone somewhere else.

Went here for pedicure and fill in. I felt like they were rushing on me. The man John was doing my pedicure and the older lady was doing my fill in. THIS WAS ALL AT THE SAME TIME. The LADIES were also saying negative things in there Language about me. And yes I decided to keep the $25 dollar TIP. I also noticed the two female staff took there Time on Other customer. TAKE THE TIME AND TREAT ALL YOIR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT.

I was going here a few years back and remember it being just ok. Since it is close to my house, I decided to give it another chance. Lucy was the one that did my nails, and there was a language barrier. I told her I wanted to remove my dip and switch to no-chip. She repeatedly told me I needed dip because the no chip wouldn't last me a week, and dip was the only thing that would last a week. I explained that the dip was too thick and my nails hurt as it grew out because my nails have a curve. After only showing me dip colors, I kept trying to tell her I wanted no chip, but she wouldn't listen. I finally said ok. I pulled my hands back a few times because the heat hurt from her drilling too long in one place. She laughed at me and told me I was scared. I explained it hurt, and I wasn't scared. She said it's okay; your nails are strong. I showed her a picture of what I wanted (attached). I picked a light pink (similar to the pic of what I wanted) and asked if she had a similar glitter polish or if she could add a coat of glitter on top. She picked a darker pink glitter polish. she applied 2 layers of color and then filed it down to be thinner before adding the design. It took her 15 minutes to draw the designs on my 2 ring finger, and then she said she was done. I didn't even push for the other fingers, as shown in the photo, since it took so long. The hearts were oddly shaped, and she then told me she doesn't do art but seemed very proud of herself. I left disappointed, thinking I just had a bad experience. But that night I picked up my keys, and a corner of the polish chipped. Then I looked closer; the sides of my nails were unfinished, and I could bend my nails under the polish. This is the first time I've experienced this. I filed the sides of the polish and my nails to smooth it out. I've been trying to make this manicure last to prevent damaging my nails more with removal. Since the polish is continually chipping, I've had to keep filing my nails down shorter and shorter. I wish I took better pictures of the problems. 1 week later, I couldn't wait anymore as the chipping looks horrible, and I couldn't file any shorter.

I'm going back! GREAT service with my first experience, and I was a late night walk in! Three weeks later and dip nails still shiny & FAB! No cracks, chips, complaints! Only out growth. Clean, professional, FRIENDLY!

Been going there a few months. Great service until now. Arrived a little early. The people said it was OK. Waited in cold water for 15 mins. No one took me then the lady her phone decided to say I will take you. I won't be going back. Very disappointed.Service: Pedicure

Great experience at Professional! I got a full set of acrylics with gel on top. My nails looks beautiful. Exactly what I needed! Update: 24 days later, I am a dog groomer so my hands are constantly in soap and water, I'm moving around crazy dogs, etc, and my nails have not lifted AT ALL. My acrylics have never lasted this long, let alone while grooming dogs. Very impressive. Highly recommend if you want long lasting nails!

I've been here before and have always had a good experience. I needed my nails done and a rush and they were able to squeeze me in within a 20 minute notice! Lucy was the one that did my nails and she was so kind and did such an awesome job I'm very happy with how my nails turned out. My manicure and pedicure looks perfect! I'm definitely going to start coming back here!
