Josh came to my house for a service call and he was beyond professional and kind. He went over and beyond to explain to me what he was doing to the car and what the car needed in the future. He was efficient and polite. In fact I tried to give him a tip for his help and he would not accept! I never write reviews, but he was so wonderful, I felt like it was needed this time.

Very disappointing service this time around in service department. Was going to bring my truck in after my wife's truck was all done but after 2 weeks of car there and then not all repairs completed and then waited another week for another part to come in and then when brought truck back to find out part was not in even after got call saying it was there and they had truck for another week while waiting for part to come in. Got truck back and still not fixed correctly. Definitely will not be back.

Had an fantastic experience with Highland Park Ford's mobile service Master Mechanic Josh Wirth. Josh arrived to my home on time and was extremely polite and professional. He serviced my Bronco efficiently and helped me understand a few key things about my truck. I really appreciate the time this saved me. I highly reccomend this service for work-from-home and / or busy professionals. Thanks Josh, and thank you for your Service to our country.

I don't know where to begin. This was the third time bringing in my 2021 Escape for the same problem. Last time I left this garage post-service my car started smoking on the highway. Today I have waited 3+ hours for a simple oil/fuel inlet fix while the technician was on his phone/eating his yogurt breakfast half the time. Worst service experience I have ever had!!!

I came out for service for my Explorer. Had great communication with my service advisor Riche. The process was fast and painless. They got me in fast, dropped off the vehicle the night before and they picked my wife up the next day at the house to pick it up. I have had my vehicle serviced at other ford dealers in the area. THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE BETTER DEALER IN THE AREA!

My experience purchasing a car from Highland Park Ford was excellent. I worked with Jeremy Abitbol through the entire purchase. He was fast to answer all my questions and helped out as much as he could. Complete chaos when you get there. Nobody knew where to go once they were in the que. the staff were incredibly disrespectful to customers. My vehicle was in the shop for 8.5 hours and only 2 of the recalls were completed. Staff did not reset the oil change settings. Completely disappointed with this dealership. I suggest going north or shouts and skipping HP Ford. You will be better off.

I have Lincoln aviator 2022 with 1,50,000 miles warranty on it. But Driver seat panel keep getting breaking. Service department changes twice but still same problem. Finally they gave up. But did change the seat for me. Horrible service and lack of knowledge. Don't know what to do.... very unprofessional...

highland park ford. took our explorer in to get an appointment for oil change the manager came up and i showed him the bottom of the drivers seat. we had showed it to dealer where we bought it and they said it was fine he took 1 look said oh the clip broke let me look at other side. Broke also out of warranty but he said pay for parts we will install for free. Also he told us about a camera recall. Called in 2 days when parts came in done right and warranty for 2 years. we have used them for all our fords since we bought our pickup from them in in 2005. always great service

Thank you for taking my car in after I pulled it from another Ford dealer in Libertyville that failed to service my vehicle. Frank at Highland Park Ford kept me informed on a daily basis with the progress and the service summary was so well detailed and you were able to get the vehicle done in 24 hours with a special order part. Amazing customer service! Highly recommend this dealership for service needs!

We purchased a car through Ford in late 2021 and it took over 18 months to be built. Ford increased the price substantially from when we ordered it to when it was built, even though we supposedly had a price lock. Highland Park Ford worked to get us price protection and got us an additional discount, to get the price as close to the original cost as possible. They also made the delivery process very seamless and easy. Barry Jacobson was great and so was the finance manager. We're very happy with the process and would recommend HP Ford to anyone!

I’m not one to write reviews, but I had to on this occasion. I purchased a brand new Ford Raptor and for the past 18 months have had a rattling exhaust system. I visited HP Ford service department three occasions in which my car was kept for weeks at a time. After multiple attempts at fixing this, I was told it was now considered a “normal condition” and to just live with it. After contacting Ford corporate to try to get a resolution, they suggested I go to a different dealership. I visited Glenview Ford and within 48 hours the rattling exhaust was fixed, and I had my truck back as good as new. Highland Park only fixed 50 percent of the problem and it was quickly recognized by Glenview that Highland Park clearly did not know what they were doing or how to follow Ford’s engineering departments recommendation. I had a phenomenal experience with the team at Glenview and highly recommend visiting there over Highland Park.

If I could give 1 Star I would definitely! The service I’ve received on my last 3 times to the facility has been well below what I expect from Lincoln , especially considering what we pay for these vehicles . Purchased brand new Navigator, and has had more problems with it and each visit nothing has been repaired . After sitting and waiting 4-5 hrs ( because no loaners ) to be told had to order part . Part comes in 2 week later, Waited more 4 hours get my vehicle drive home car still not operating properly. Nothing repaired ! There’s much more but it’s already too much for me to type . So I’ll just leave it at that. Once this part comes in and hopefully it gets repaired . I’m never taking my vehicle there again

Bronco built 69 days ago. Holding in Dearborn Michigan hoping I walk away so they can charge 2024 prices an $10 k Omer MSRP. Horrible business. Already filed a BBB claim. Ordered 846 days ago and denying me for money.

My husband bought a Limousine from Matt Price, we preordered the car ,Matt told us exactly when the car will be there and it was. He called us and asked for all the documents that he will need to set everything ahead of time. At the day we bought the car we were in and out for less than 20 minutes. He took care for ,title, transferring plates, insurance. Excellent business, friendly, professional. Matt is amazing. For sure I will be buying my next car from Highland Park Ford. Thank you Matt .
