I can’t say enough good things about Marzena and the whole team at Salon Vole! Marzena is incredibly skilled, she does my full highlights flawlessly every time. She listens, offers great suggestions, and delivers results that exceed expectations. The salon itself is welcoming, clean, and well-run, with a friendly atmosphere that makes every visit a treat. Highly recommend!

Stylist: Bella touched up my grays and foiled in some pretty highlights, followed by a blowout with some curls. She also gave my son a nice clean haircut. Wonderful service in the cutest shop!!!

I had an amazing experience thanks to Maddie. She did a fantastic job with my highlights, perfectly capturing what I wanted. Maddie was incredibly nice, patient, and attentive throughout the process. I’ve been going to Maddie for YEARS & wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair and color! I moved to AZ four years ago and still make it a point to have my hair done by her whenever I’m in town. No one really compares to her professionalism and her talent & skill. She really is the best at her craft! I love you, Maddie! Thank you for always making me look and feel great!

I haven't received such a bad hair cut in literally over a decade. I asked for 2-3 inches off and due to the large language barrier of the stylist and I, she took off 6-7 inches. I showed with my hand where I wanted it cut but apparently that meant nothing either. I was never informed that the stylist I was booked with did not speak English well. If I had been informed, I would have rebooked with someone who I could have fully explain what I wanted done to my hair. I contacted the salon about my experience and they said they would get back to me but never did. I am so sad to have lost years of growth. My longest pieces are now where I showed her where I wanted my shortest to be. If you have long hair, please stay away from this salon.

Been going here for years, when my stylist retired. They suggested "Alva" who cut my hair and gave me the worst haircut I've ever gotten. Disappointed that they connected me with a rookie stylist who can't cut hair and struggles maneuvering her scissors which made me nervous to start. I brought a photo with me and she folded it up, never looked at it, and gave me the most nonsense haircut. And I have straight hair that I have a lot of, but it is thin. Alva dragged the scissors along the bottom 4 inches of my hair instead of cutting it. Once I realized this (my glasses are off so hard to actually see) I had to ask her to stop cutting that my hair doesn't respond well to that. Now I can't comb it through now as it all knots up at the ends. She knew this during the blowout. I think she was trying to cut the ends so they flip, but doesn't know the technique. The salon asks for feedback and I gave Alma one star, and they never followed up. I will never go there again or recommend this salon! $90 to ruin my hair for a haircut. Geesh. What a waste!

Highly recommend Andrea loved my hair results & she is very friendly definitely will be going back ?? also loved the environment! Supperrrrrr clean and everyone was friendly love how co-workers support each others work everyone loved the work Andrea did on my hair she definitely did that???

After striking out with a few salons in the city I decided to try the suburbs. I just can't justify paying over $450 for a cut and color, which is what most places around me (Wicker Park) are charging. Finding a new hairstylist is so stressful, but I'm so glad I found Maddie! Everyone at the salon was incredibly friendly, they are very efficient with time, prices are reasonable, and I love my new cut & full highlights. Maddie understood exactly what I was asking for, I've FINALLY found my new salon!

Nice clean professional environment. Staff is very welcoming! my hairdresser MADELINE LONGOBARDI is the best I’ve ever had. I have really dry curly hair and she made it look so amazing. She colored, cut it and did a blowout, I got compliments everywhere I went & people said how great I looked so thank you Maddie! If you’re looking for an outstanding hairdresser, she’s the one to check out you won’t be disappointed!

I have been going to Salon Vole for about 2 decades. From the moment you walk through the door and are graciously greeted by Nuccia, to sitting in your stylist’s chair assisted by Carmen or Ana, everyone is very professional and friendly. Anthony is a master stylist, giving me haircuts, highlights or coloring that I love. I’ll never switch salons. Salon Vole is definitely a five star establishment.
