“I had a problem with not being able to get into my storage unit. The lock on it was not my lock. I contacted Susan Hoffman who is the person taking care of this business. She was extremely helpful and pleasant and went above and beyond in helping me. With her help I was able to put on a new lock. Susan is efficient, willing to help, and remedy any problem in a most kind and caring way.”
“Have had a storage unit for a number of years at the Des Plaines location. Some of the previous managers have had less than ideal people skills. Had a billing issue the other day that needed to be addressed. This is the second time I've dealt with the new manager, Mark. “I've stored wine at this location for 10 years. Cathy & Carelena are always exceptionally accommodating, always kind, and keep the place spotless. I've never seen clutter in the un/loading bays nor anywhere in or around the facility. Prices increased under new ownership but what I came to realize through researching the local market is everyone's prices increased over the past few years. I'll be using this location's services as long as I need off-site storage!”

More specifically, Chris was kind, informative, and made a stressful move very easy.
