No one in the office, no signage to find your storage unit

Very disappointed/frustrated. The unit I was assigned had leaks in the roof. I found my contents drenched and have been trying to contact the office but no one has called me. Has been 48 hours and no reply. It rained a second time and because we had no where to move our belongings they were soaked again. UPDATE: Now 5 days since water damage, 3 more calls into the # provided and no one will return my call.
