DO NOT BUY ANY ELECTRONIC DEVICES FROM STAPLES!!! They have only 2-week return policy!!! It's funny that I went to Staples to buy my CANON printer because I naively believed that if I had any problem with the device that since they are local it would be no problem for them to alleviate the problem. I WAS COMPLETELY WRONG!! I chose the absolutely worst place to buy an item because of their TWO (2) WEEK RETURN POLICY ON ELECTRONIC DEVICES. If I had purchased a Staples Warranty that they offered for a high price then they would have considered replacing the item and not returning it to get a different item or no item at all. Within the first week I was having problems with my CANON Imageclass MF451DW Printer/Copy/Scan machine. It turned out it is a software issue between computer and printer. It will not fix. Staples told me to go to CANON after only I tried getting the printer fixed for 2 to 3 weeks. Staples won't even allow to replace unit with a different unit. I wish I bought from AMAZON or Walmart or Best Buy who have much better return policies. Although I must be fair and say the return policy is a Corporate Policy and not a local Staples policy. It's little wonder that Staples is on its way to bankruptcy.

What a fantastic experience. CJ at the print center was kind and professional in helping me with a last minute order. Working together he made wonderful business cards that I was easily able to pick up. Other team members were kind and the store is clean and organized.

I had a problem with my Dell desktop computer - the sound suddenly turned off and I tried everything to fix. Had friend who takes care of computers who absolutely couldn't figure it out after an hour. When I called Staples in Highland Park today - I was lucky enough to find Mike C - he was wonderful and kind and so knowledgeable. To me - it was obvious that Mike wasn't going to stop until he fixed my problem. He did and I was so very grateful. He has a wonderful personality and was on a mission to help me. He is wonderful. I go here for my printing needs and everyone there is friendly and professional. However, I called today 12/30/20 to ask a simple question about their hours for New Years Eve. A man named John answered and his reply was "yeah why wouldn't we be" and then I said well I wanted to see if you were open for the holiday and his response was "yahh" like I should know this. I know we live in crazy times but come on. A simple question gets a sarcastic rude response. I would rather a simple mistake by an employee than a man with an attitude any day.

Staples.com violates two Federal Privacy laws.After ordering online and DE-selecting "receiving promo emails," I still got SPAM from Staples daily.Their promo emails offer no opt-out or unsubscribe as required by law.I never get SPAM from places like Amazon.

Had extensive display of assembled desk chairs to try before you buy. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Bought super comfortable chair at reasonable price. Very glad i went there.

Great staff. I came in looking for a specific printer cartridge that seemed to be out at a couple places I checked, they had it guided me to it, and it was a better price than I had seen elsewhere. Very helpful.

They had great customer service. They also have amazing savings. I highly recommend it for school and work supplies.
