Very good place to buy a watch. They have big selection of different brands. Chris is the best. He have very big knowledge about everything in boutique and he is always happy to assist you and give you advice. I’m looking forward to do business with him and his boutique again.

Came in with my son to look at watches, Chris did an awesome job showing me various watches. I didn't purchase anything this visit but will consider them for watches in the future.

I saw the same story, on another review, but thought I should share mine to show that these comments are not heeded and they continue the same tactics and behavior. I took my Ebel watch in for a battery change, the blond lady commented on that it was an old watch...(uhm...lady...ever heard of sentimental value??). Anyway, i was talked into the $200 battery and water test...please. Well a few months later, the bezel is missing. This has never happened and obviously since the watch was so old, i have had it serviced MANY times. Clearly it was not put back on properly as there was no damage to the watch...clean break. Bottom line, she said it was not their fault and the part probably was not even make any more...both Fallacies...Sending it to Ebel where they are fixing it for me...at my expense...will never go back to these sheisters again...and find another place to buy a watch where they will stand by the product.

This experience today at this place was enough for me to walk out and never return and to share how they treat people. I brought my watch in a few weeks ago for a new battery. This very crass blonde woman took my watch and her first comment was about how old it was. She talked me into a $65.00 battery and water test. First of all what is a water test? I went 2 weeks later because that's how long it took for them to break my watch. I went back today because my watch isn't working properly, it starts and stops and starts and stops. It never did this before. I walk into this horrid place and it stinks like smoke. Like a rancid smokey bar. I approached the counter where there was a young man. I started my story and then here comes this crass blonde out of the back. She says... What's the problem. I raised my voice, I was not yelling and she started to yell at me!!! I asked her why she was yelling at me? She replied you are yelling at me. OK LADY ARE YOU 3??? I am an angry customer that was taken advantage of. How dare she yell at a customer. So much for this high end store that probably thinks I have no money. This woman is crass... rude and a liar. I asked her who owned this store... she said I DO. I said well let's see how long you will be in business treating people like that. The world is full of horrid people like this woman.... if people could just be customer service oriented and kind.... I have never in my life seen anything like this. They don't deserve anyones business. I HOPE THAT THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS.

My experience today at this place was unbelievable, I am pretty much speechless. A few weeks ago I brought my watch in to have the battery replaced. The blonde woman took in my watch and pretty much her first comment was about my watch being old. Ok I thought sales tactics, I'm good with that being in in sales... she proceeds to talk me into this $65.00 price and they will do a water test. I say no like 5 times and then I fell for it. I went to get my watch and it took like 15 min because noting is computerized, they have hand written paper receipts. Get the watch all seems good... it stops working. In the 12 years I've had the watch no problems. I go in there today and first I walked in and it smelled like cigarettes, I approached the young man and start to tell him about what's up. This blonde woman appears and in this tone that never should come out of anyone's mouth much less a person who is supposed to be providing a service!!! I asked her why she was yelling at me... she said you are yelling at me! Ok so let's see I'm the customer and I am angry and her response was to yell at me. If she was a customer service oriented person... the correct response would be some like... I'm so sorry that this happened, let's see what we can do to fix it. DON'T DARE YELL AT ME!!! As the saying goes the customer isn't always right but the customer is never wrong. Shame on this woman. The world is an ugly place right now... kindness is what's needed.... YOU WILL NOT FING IT HERE!!

THEY SOLD ME A FAKE WATCH!! I bought a Graham Swordfish from Swiss FineTiming back in 2011 and Paid up to because I figured the Swiss FineTiming would support their products. Turns out Swiss FineTiming sold me a FAKE WATCH!!! It was 100% swiss on the outside and !00% Chinese on the inside. Once discoving the watch was a fake from an independent watch repair store I immediately contacted Swiss FineTiming. I was told to call the downtown location and speak to Daniel. He dismissed my claim after 4 days of him not returning my phone call. I went in personally to the Highland Park location and was rudely lectured by one of the two female employees. I asked to speak to the manager or owner and a cross between Charlie Chapman and an over weight Bozo the clown insisted that he wanted nothing to do with me or the watch I had purchased from him 6 years prior. I explained to him all I was looking for was some guidance and he again wanted nothing to do with a conversation that possibly we could have a problem (sounded like he was schooled in something else besides bad business im guessing). I have never been treated SO RUDELY as SWISS FINETIMING treated me. Please share this story or feel free to contact me for more information.

Called up today to see if they had a certain Audemars Piguet ROO in stock. They said yes, we discussed pricing, info etc. Got to the store, tried it on, loved it and then discussed pricing a little further :) Walked out with it and got a great deal too. Highly recommended.
