There's absolutely no point in doing online ordering at this location. It would be faster to shop yourself. Very indifferent customer service. They literally acted as if you were bothering them.

I'm happy to say that with today's visit I reclaimed the Dukedom of Target, Highland Park. You may now address me as Your Grace. I surveyed every corner of my duchy, and I must say, it was in fine form today. I particularly liked how the Easter confections and bakery items were prominent and upfront. The coolers and freezer cases were well-stocked. I found the Royal Beverage, thee Diet Coke, in its usual place. I also perused thee Easter Squishmallows down yonder thoroughfare and marveled at the marvelous selection of Messrs Hershey, Ferrero, Ghirardelli and Reese. Hear Hear! Actually, there there! My loyal retainers, thee Target employees, were resplendent in their red livery. They did a fine and efficient job of scanning my merch. Used in the store pick up for an order which took much too long and effort. If i needed to use store pick up in the future I would definitely use vehicle pick up and wait in my vehicle.

Online ordering is smooth and easy and quick!But store pickup was not good.Person at the store order pickup counter seemed to not like their job. No greeting. No smile. No "thank you" after I received the order. She just handed the bag over and blew me off. Only two others in line after me. No one in line before me.I'll probably then never shop again at a Target location, not when Amazon offers "try before you buy."

This store is nice ,but service is so bad,get there around 10:30pm,just one cashier was open,all self service closed,I was waiting 35 minutes to pay

The Target in Highland Park is terrible. They have a line for order pickup but none of them actually pay attention to it. They literally stare at us and forget that the line is for order pickup. Apparently they rather just do returns than help customers who already paid. The service is sooo bad that a lady had to ask Asset Protection for help with their order pick up. It's laughable. I called to ask HR for help and they hung up on me. This target is the drizzling shits. Avoid like the plague.

One actual cashier 12 customers deep. Half the self pay stations don’t work. One disgruntled employee left to manage them. Bunch of teenagers “working” but really just wandering around the store doing nothing. Guess this is shopping. Do better or at least lower the prices. Otherwise I’m out of reasons to shop here

I love Target but spend too much money each time I come. I need to start setting a budget for myself before I go shopping. It's so easy to get carried away with all the amazing deals and cute items. Maybe I should try making a shopping list and sticking to it. That way, I can still enjoy my time at Target without breaking the bank.

READ THIS!:Avoid this target at all costs if you prefer doing order pick up inside. They just stare at you standing there and would rather do returns than help you. I literally witnessed a lady ask Asset protection to help them with their order pick up that’s hella embarrassing tbh ??? Apparently the order pick up line is nonexistent at this target. Save your self the time and headache. Don’t bother going here.
