They also didn’t mind me waiting around in the store for ride to pick me up

“This is self serving U haul location. NO OFFICE!!! You need to download the U-Haul APP and set it up. Then on the app you book your truck. Shortly after you will receive email/text about how to retrieve your key. Truck keys are in padlock. If there is problem… you need to call the guy. His business card is on right next to key drop box. He was super helpful.”
