Absolutely bad service. Had an online curb side pick up on behalf of my wife. Went and checked in. Waited for 10 mins in the car some one came in asked for ID and email confirmation. Showed everything they asked the person said since the order was not on my name she said she Need to check with her manager and asked me to wait. Waited for another 15 mins in the car for her. No response went to the store for finding out just says I forgot to inform you and your wife needs to be here to pick it up. She doesn’t even have basic courtesy to come and explain. Have picked up multiple orders for my wife showing confirmation email and my Id.

Ok experience here. Asked the staff a few questions on where stuff was since the store is pretty big and they really just looked around and made us walk around the whole store so they could find it. There was also one employee who looked like she had just rolled out of bed which seemed very unprofessional. The store was very well stocked and organized though so I found everything I needed. Overall ok experience.

My husband and I went last week it was pretty okay.First lady asked and helped us find the type of product I was looking for, which was very helpful. Everyone was super nice! I will however say; I did feel like one of the employee was following us around because she kept appearing in the next aisle, even when we went across the store.( My husband felt uncomfortable. Other than that we did find what I needed.)I'm sure she was doing but it did felt awkward the very least.

I can’t recommend Hunter at the salon enough!! She is a true artist with my red hair and extensions. Her extension installation technique is so natural, even for my fine hair. Go see her for the best extension and color service of your life!

How to be friendly & prevent shoplifting: greet the customer hello. Later stop by and ask if they need help finding anything.Do not: stare down the customer, ignore the customer when they say hi, and follow them around just watching them.I really wanted to browse all the lipsticks and buy a few things, but just bought one I didn’t really like because it was so uncomfortable and I wanted to get outta there.

I’m not sure why I spent so much money at this store since they opened! I have an account with this store, and a credit card, and a phone number hooked up! So I wanted to return something today that was purchased on Jan 17 2023. I don’t always keep my receipts since ALL my info is hooked to my accounts! Now mind you last purchase an employee forgot, or didn’t enter my phone correctly and I didn’t receive my receipts! I had the purchase on my Ulta credit card showing the purchase and the manager still didn’t help me or understood my problem! Today was my last time shopping in Ulta! I went to Neiman Marcus and purchased all my needs! Received many samples to since Ulta never gives samples! I will return everything I purchased it the last 3 months, and that’s a lot! To ULTA please train your people to do their job! I had proof of my purchase and this manager still didn’t get my point! It was around 3 pm today I will be fair and not name here on here!!! Shame! Shame! Shame!!!! And they make you very uncomfortable shopping here they always fallow customers as we are shoplifting not shopping! For my money I received great customer service at Neiman Marcus today!

This store is hands down one of the best stores! Associates were helpful and manager was on point! Store was clean and well stocked!! This location was amazing! Found all I was looking for more!!

The reason why brick and mortars suck is because they don't know basic customer service. Came here to buy cologne for myself and wanted to use a tester which appeared was missing on their display. I asked a very nice clerk who had to ask her manager if they could create another tester bottle. The "manager" was in no uncertain terms anything but. She came by and looked at some bar code and said nope can't make a tester. Not only was she unaccomodating but she just lost one of the few male customers that even come in this ghost town of a store. Bye Felicia, I'm going on Amazon!

I went to this Ulta Beauty today looking for something. I waited for like 15 mins for the sales person because she said that she will be back. I saw her in the front and assisting someone else. I have never had a bad experience in my life at Ulta at this location. The sales person could have told me that she didn't have the product. I do love shopping at Ulta but I will be going to the Northbrook location.

Honestly every time I come to this Ulta I really dislike how dismissive some of the employees can be.I shop here because it’s conveniently close by to my home but I’d rather make the drive to the Northbrook location since the staff there is much nicer.
