    Took way too long to drop off a package. Nobody knows how the system works here. Find somewhere else to do your UPS shipping.

    Customer service sucks. I tried returning a package with UPS. And tried explaining to the guy that the instructions said I do not need a box. The guy kept insisting he cannot return it like that. I was trying to return a Amazon package. Amazon instructions says I do not need to box it up just keep it in the original package.
