Kerrin needs retraining. Period. Went to pay for my items and I had about 8 things to pay for. She stood there, I said hi and no response but "need a bag?" Seriously? I have 8 items, what, do u expect me to put it in my coat pockets?? Duh. I know it's difficult to find staff but enough already of these do-nothings but show up to work to get a paycheck. Ugh. Unfortunately this pattern of flat affect service is too prevalent!

Great location, and the people are nice, but the service at the pharmacy is horrible. The line for the pharmacy is ALWAYS long and a simple prescription pickup takes at least 20 minutes.They need to hire more staff or I am probably going to switch to CVS on Park Ave, where I don't have the same issues.

Manager Nate has no idea what he’s doing, very unprofessional and lazy… I blame the DISTRICT MANAGERS For having such unreliable employee. However Kim R is such a great employee Walgreens does not deserve her. I wouldn’t recommend going to that location

This Walgreens is a hidden gem! The one in downtown Highland Park is always so busy--and this location is like a breath of fresh air! Staff is lovely and always available to answer questions and I have never waited in line at the pharmacy. Also SUPER clean and organized. Very grateful for this location.

WARNING: YOU’RE OVERPAYING FOR RX HEREI normally don’t leave reviews on places, but after my experience with this Walgreens location over the past year, I feel like there needs to be a warning for how awful pharmacy staff is at doing their jobs. Don’t get me wrong the regular staff there are always kind and helpful.The pharmacy staff here are willfully incompetent when it comes to billing insurance and using a savings card. I’d bring in a discount/savings card for my name brand prescriptions, and they stated it didn’t work or it didn’t cover everything. This happened multiple times with different meds which I knew should have been free with the savings card. The staff was rude and unhelpful telling me they couldn’t do anything about it being an insurance issue.I took my prescriptions to a different Walgreens location and haven’t had a single problem!! It’s not an insurance issue if a different location can bill it just fine. This Walgreens is ripping you off because they don’t feel like using a savings card properly. If you like wasting money on medications, shop here!

Ive had an overall great experience with both the store and the pharmacy. The technician from indian descent is very helpful and he’s always there when im there. he’s so young they should’nt be workin him that much. Also, I received my COVID vaccine there and it went great. One problem, the other man with indian descent never wears his mask properly.

I MISS FERNANDO. Ive been a resident of highland park forever. and I love shopping at walgreens in Ravinia. I just wish they would play different music. Like city girls or megan, I love megan thee stallion, people dont understand that men can like megan thee stallion too. dont even get me started on Doja. anyways, back on topic the pharmacy staff is also friendly.

I just moved to highland park and at this one guy was very rude to me. I’m a runner and I stop by Walgreens for a restroom break and the ladies restroom is always disgusting and smells very bad. The store is always messy and the pharmacist doesn’t wear his mask properly. Don’t waste your time
