The newest owner is a warm, gracious, fun person. There are bowls of candy and apples scattered throughout the store. It's a cozy place. The feeling one gets shopping here is that anything can be asked, and doing business is like becoming a friend, then family.The negative review dismissed the customer service of this business, I can't imagine the owner and staff be being singularly helpful. Highly recommend!

I had the good fortune of finding ABC Jewelers on Elm Street in Highland Park. Their warm & friendly atmosphere was most welcome. I first had some items that had to be repaired, and they were fixed perfectly in a very short time at a price that was just right. Next I brought in my cousin to reset her engagement ring. The results were not only exceptional but very artistic. People are bedazzled by the creative look. After that I brought my daughter-in-law there to have her grandmother's diamond reset in a necklace. She was overwhelmed with joy with the finished product.If you are fortunate enough to go to ABC Design Jewelers, you will have nothing but a phenomenal and honest experience.Eileen GHP resident for 45 years.

I have been going to this store's location since I bought my wife's wedding ring five years ago. It was under different ownership, and I couldn't be happier with the new ownership.Anat's customer service is unmatched. Recently, I had a budget for a custom anniversary gift. She worked closely with me through the whole process and never pressured me to go above. The pendant came out phenomenal and my wife loves it.She has a great team supporting her.
