I have been going to Apex for several years. I have felt comfortable there from my first visit. All the staff is very knowledgeable and always helpful. I have been training with Ezra since I started, I look forward to my workouts. He keeps things fresh and is always encouraging and non judgmental. It is the cleanest gym I have ever been to.

Great place to get all your health and fitness needs. Staff and facility are excellent. Clare, my personal trainer keeps me coming back for more. Her knowledge, positive attitude, and challenging workouts are top notch. You definitely need to check it out!

Love APEX! Tons of cardio equipment and machines! A separate room with plenty of space for floor exercises! Wednesdays the gym offers a free workout class! Grab a smoothie or protein shake after crushing a workout!
