Jamie took very good care of me at the Highland Illinois store. Her district manager was there also, and she offered her knowledge also! I really like how they did not try to make me buy a bigger or more expensive phone. I was very satisfied with my experience.

I just wanted a phone upgrade and now my plan changed, my bill will be more other than just the phone. I was told I would save $10 if I opt for auto pay. Well yesterday I went back to store and associate told me only $5 savings. I am returning the upgrade phone and switching carriers.

Went to the store to get my Esim activated on a replacement tablet and a physical SIM was added. Then it was removed. Fine. However later I got a bill in my email that was double what I have been paying. Looked at the details and a second line was added on an imaginary iPad that I didn't own. Went back up there and the guy who added the extra line clicked a few times on his computer and said it was fixed. It was not. I went back up there and the same guy says there was no one in the store at the time who could fix it but they'd do it tomorrow then call me when it was done. Never got a call and never got it fixed. Went BACK a third time and a lady told me that the store can't remove a line. I had to call in to get it done. Very frustrating

Anytime I had a problem with an AT&T software issue are connectivity, I normally find out it is my fault or a software update from Samsung. Pretty good people, even though I purchased the phone elsewhere.
I purchased an AT&T Samsung v 13 at Walmart and added to my account no extra charges. They were happy to help and the phone was only $69.00 .

Full if lies was told only why to upgrade was to add a dummy line too 3 phone and we would get the phones free never happened the guy that helped us is no longer there and seems to have fraudulent claims against him would not do business here go to edwersville

I had put off getting a new phone because I dread the process and time it takes. Michael Jones made my experience a painless one!!! I would recommend using this AT&T store and ask for Michael! He was awesome-so friendly, helpful and patient!!
