I bought an absurdly expensive golf cart from a different company back in April. Extremely unfortunately for me, I hadn’t known that Battery Specialist was a dealer. Fast forward four months and catastrophic damage occurred to my cart. The dealership I bought it from has treated me horribly though they knew I was alone and a first-time owner.Scott, at Battery Specialist has been just incredible. I have been on the phone with him a half dozen times, seeking his knowledge and guidance - and I’ve never met him. Every single time I’ve called Scott has been kind, patient, compassionate. I’m bringing the golf cart to him today. If you’re in the area - even if that area expands to Salem, Illinois - and you’re in the market for a golf cart OR needing repair, I couldn’t recommend, more strongly, that you connect with Battery Specialist. Scott deserves the biggest pay raise. And a paid vacation to Bora Bora. Thank you for your support!

The entire staff is fantastic here. Very friendly and honest people. I’ve had my cart serviced with them multiple times and every time has been great. They tend to under promise and over deliver. Both times they were done faster than expected and cheaper than quoted. Honest good people. I tend to be a DIY kinda guy, but they’re so good and reasonably priced that I’m beginning not to even care to tackle the DIY options for my cart. Can’t go on enough how happy I am with this crew.
