Went in to grab a coffee and there were three people in line as I was making my coffee and no body was at the register but two people were in the back just standing there. Eventually those three people left and I went up to the counter and still nobody had came to the register while I was looking at the employees standing in the back.

Crappy customer service the woman who works register in the morning would rather stand in the back laughing and talking than do her job checking out people who are in line trying to get to work

Got $6.67 in gas they charge my card $150. Tried calling them they will not answer the phone.
I will certainly decline this charge and I will have to stop back in tomorrow on my way back from Wisconsin all because they won’t answer the phone.

I came in last night for dinner
I didn't order my pizza ahead but I asked if I could a cheese pizza . The gentleman in the back said yes of course what would you like? He was very nice and polite. I was told about 10 minutes. I pumped my gas and was waiting in my car and river came out and delivered it you me. WOW I said I didn't expect that. Thank you. Casey's tonight did a wonderful job. I just wish I knew the pizza man's name that made my pizza to thank him too.

Never open on time never have food out during breakfast or lunches..employees outside smoking but store still closed..430 am..Second weekend 30 min past opening same employee outside smoking same assisting management there late allowing this..outside employee extremely rude.we spend on average 80 to 100 daily at casey to and from work but will be taking my hard earned dollars to moto mart from now on..it's not ok for an employee to talk to anyone the way ..this store has seriously declined the past few years..and the donuts what is happening in your donut case and food quality all went down hill kitchen staff behind counter with pizza doungh in hands hair all down walkig right back into kitchen with that dough and made a pizze not real sanitary..these employees need serious retraining including management

Absolute, hands down, the most delicious pizza i’ve ever tasted in this town!! Toppings are actually spread out on the pieces and have a little bit of every topping on each slice. Hell of a lot better than dominos and imos and mazios !!! Good job Casey’s Pizza team! ??

The pizza is good. If they can just get the rest of the order delivered would be nice. Forgetting half the order and then I tried to call on hold for 10 mins. Sad state casey

Oh my gosh 1st time we had pizza from the Casey's in Highland. Best pizza we have ate since forever!! And the guys working were really great they were busy. I will definitely be getting more pizzas from Casey's.
