Highland, Il CVS was absolutely the best. Josh was super helpful, kind, and went above to make sure I got the best use of all coupons and pricing. The pharmacy dept. staff was courteous and helpful. The store is super clean and organized. Normally I go to Walgreens, but for the last few months I go CVS! Happy customer here.

My medicine that was ordered for me was given away to to another customer. So now i will be two weeks with out my meducine. Highland keeps giving me a run a round. Not sure ehy they sre foing this. Guess i eill need to go back to walgreens. Cvs is just do convient for me.

Spent 30 minutes on the phone with out even talking to a live person. You can no longer talk to them on the phone. Only leave message. Ugh! Need to discuss the meds and can not even do that.

Wow!!! Such a rude bunch of people. I had my prescriptions sent to CVS for the first time. I am going back to Walgreens. The crew on 11/29/23 evenings need to find new jobs. They are rude and hateful. Never stepping in that store again.Amy Moore

Absolutely horrible customer service in the pharmacy. Very rude and they act like you are bothering them. I have an issue every time I try to fill my prescription. I will be taking our business elsewhere. Get it together CVS!
