Company was great about reaching out and getting someone scheduled to check out my property and need. That was where it ended. I asked for a quote a week after they were on site and was told they would check on it. Reached out two more times over two weeks and got no reply. It wasn't the largest project but could have just simply said not interested vs ghosting. Glad I didn't work with them, who knows how they'd be if an issue came up.

Love Diversified! We've been a customer for several years at two different homes. Their work has always been high quality and what really stands out is their personal care and attention when you have a problem. Last Fall we had a leak in our system and both Ken and Mike were at our house for close to 4 hours interacting with the city water folks and coming up with a solution since the leak was in a very tight space, very hard to get to, but they kept at it until they had fixed the leak and verified with the city that the water was no longer running. I would highly recommend they for anyone looking to install or maintain a yard irrigation system.

We've used diversified for almost 15 years at 2 different homes. The service is always fantastic. Both Ken and Mike have always taken time time to explain needed repairs, offer options if we needed to delay a repair making sure we understood the pros and cons.
At our old house, they added to our system so we could have a water spigot out near our garden, work was timely and professional,
Last year they went above and beyond. I discovered a serious water leak in the yard of our new home the spot where water comes into the yard from the city. Water was bubbling up into our yard. I called both Diversified and the city. The city worker arrived first, identified it was on our side and and turned off the water to the whole house. I explained to the lady that the sprinkler system folks were on the way, she refused to wait or leave the cover unlocked and said to call again when they arrived. Mike showed up and with the water off there wasn't much he could do. It was later afternoon and we were afraid we'd be without water and need to go to an hotel. Mike waited over 30 min until she got back and unlocked the cover. He called Ken to come too but Ken was on another job and it would be a bit. When the city lady got back Mike went to work, as best he could. He was not dressed for field work that day and wasn't in a vehicle with all the right equipment. Evenso he rolled up sleeves for down on the ground and worked to identify the problem. He could have left it at that, turned the water back off, planned to come back the next day and we would have been without water for the evening. I was already looking for a hotel. Mike told me not to book yet. Ken arrived with the needed tools and together they worked to fix the problem. The best solution involved extensive work we really couldn't afford last fall. They outlined what needed to be done, explained what other things they might find along the way once they get into it. We were scheduled for winterization the following week, Ken stayed well past time he should have been done for the evening and winterized the system.
It's actually hard to capture the whole situation in words. We've had other leaks in a system and know from experience the great service they provid. This situation was on a whole other level. I have so much gratitude for both Mike and Ken. Good guys who went well above and beyond good professional service we'd always experienced from them. We look forwad to having them back this spring to make sure our system (that they didn't install) is up to date and working in tip top shape. We know they may find additional items - isn't that the case with repairs especially involving water under the ground. We also know we can trust their honesty, integrity, communication and fair pricing.
If you choose diversified for your sprinkler system needs you'll be in the best of hands!

Overcharged! Stay Away!!!
1. Called them to come out due to zone not working.
2. They did a diagnostic and stated valve issue. Called warranty company and got approved for $246.00 to cover the diagnostic of $100 and the $146 to change out the valve.
3. Changed out valve (30 mins)
4. Turned on system and it did not work. However, water leak was quickly seen at fence post. Tech stated now will be paying for two workers. Two workers was there the whole time.
5. Tech dug hole, grabbed fittings, cut pipe, and placed dirt back in. (30 mins).
6. New invoice sent to email two days later for 3.5 hrs of work plus diagnostic fee. Invoice went from $246.00 to $546.12 dollars. Tech time at home 8:30 to 10:30.

Courageous and a group of business professionals that are hard to come by these days. I had the pleasure of having them
install my irrigation system . The price was comparable however, the service was outstanding, they aim to please and hit the bullseye. Chad and his guys are the best.

Diversified Services of Highland (Phone 618-754-5106) really made my day today. Their crew came out and within 3 hours had solved my drainage problems. My downspouts front and back all looked like fountains with every rain, and it was obvious the drains were not working properly. The water was all dumping next to the house foundation...not good and can be a huge problem if not resolved. The crew rectified the problem by digging 6" trenches and adding pipes and pop up drains where necessary as well as removing 2 large bushes that were a part of the drainage problem. A fantastic and very professional job. I would highly recommend them if you have drainage issues. They will come out, review the landscape and offer solutions and furnish an estimate. So happy to have found them!

Have been trying to call this company for the entirety of the pandemic to do a bunch of work to my yard. I call and get told someone will get back to me but no one ever would call back. It's sad because I really wanted to use this company and they did not care to respond for this long

Made appointment to have sprinkler system shut down for the winter season. Even though they are really busy I was able to get on the schedule. Update on my sprinkler service. The service tech came out on day scheduled and had our system done in about 30 minutes. The tech was friendly, professional and efficient.

I called Diversified services about a in-ground sprinkler system leak. The owner showed up within 20 minutes and repaired the leak. Total time from the phone call to completed repair was less than 90 minutes. Excellent service and professionalism.Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

My neighbor referred me to this company. His lawn looks great. I really want a great looking lawn like his so I payed for the complete lawn care package up front. I mentioned that I wanted to get my weeds under control and was told they would take care of that too. Someone showed up in spring to fertilize but it was some kid who looked like he was in a hurry. According to my invoice I was supposed to get a second application late spring but nobody showed up. I called the office several times and was told that I was on a list of people to call back and that everyone had weeds at the time. So now I have more weeds than last year in which I ended up buying some weed killer and spit treating the lawn myself. I hope I get some sort of refund for that missed service in late spring. This is not a good impression for me.Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance

Diversified Services are awesome, they have the best service hands down. Ken came out this Sunday morning at 7am to repair a head because they were booked with winterization and couldn't work me in to the normal schedule.
