I enjoyed the staff as they were friendly and courteous. My preparer this year, Corin, was experienced with business taxes as well as personal taxes. It took her only about 45 mins while taking time to answer multiple questions I had. I have used H&R Block in Highland for several years now and highly recommend them.

No monetary incentive to return. If I switched to another big name tax service, I would receive coupons for being a new customer. I've also received discounts with Jackson Hewitt as a returning customer. I thought the cost was high for H&R Block.
