I like the staff and it has great equipment however if you want a membership you have to go on a 3 week jungle safari to find someone to sign you up. Not just with me I have tried helping friends sign up and it never works out.

The team at Phoenix Therapy in Highland are amazing. They are very caring, supportive and passionate that they can get you through anything. I highly recommend this facility for any therapy needs!! They got me to levels I never dreamed could happen after a very complex hip surgery.

I've been a customer for several years. It's the "slow burn" method. Twice a week for 30 minutes each... my back used to hurt and so did my shoulder. Now I am stronger and have a whole new shape! AND more muscle increases metabolism and strengthens bones. I have gone off my bone medicine because of this place. :-) The trainers here are all great. My "regular" trainer is Sharon. But I have also used JulieAnn, Michelle, and Vicky. All are great and very professional. Do yourself a favor and call for a trial appointment. It takes a while to get used to it and love this work out. So give it a chance...
