R.P. Lumber Company always gives excellent customer service. Highland store has knowledgeable staff who are friendly and courteous.

Unfortunately have had multiple occasions where customer service and atmosphere was not pleasant in the store. Also called twice to get a lumber estimate and delivery and never got called back like promised.
