Misty is a pleasure to speak to! We ordered our unit online and completely forgot to get a lock for our unit. Not only did she have the lock we were looking for in stock, when we purchased it, she OPENED the package for us! I was so grateful for that because those lock packages suck opening without a knife or scissors. She asked multiple questions about how our unit worked for us and if the unit was cleaned.
She was extremely professional and so pleasant! She deserves a raise and if you need help with a storage unit, this is the place to go!

They earned their D- rating with the Better Business Bureau.Once upon a time they would work with you to resolve issues. It hasn't been that way for a couple years though. Now they'll continue raising the rent until you become stuck, unable to pay or leave, at which point they'll auction off your things for forty bucks. Then they'll rent the now empty unit at 1/3 the price, because that's what the actual rate is and have the gall to demand you pay the back rent plus penalties.This is what you get when you get greedy after automating everything and outsourcing your customer service to another country in an attempt to duck your responsibilities to your customers. I smell a class action lawsuit in their future.

When I went to rent and I called saying there was a lock on it. Your customer service did not tell me there were 2 red dots and it was like 3 days of hassle to find our shed. And it is really stressful.àgravating

WORST COMPANY EVER!! I can't say that strongly enough and I'm a pretty patient person. We have not been able to access our possessions inside since the door to our unit broke and it can't be lifted. The door is still not fixed and it's now December. They've now locked us out of the facility for lack of payment. We stopped paying in October after we couldn't access our things for over a month. Would you pay for storage if you could not get to your unit? Phone calls and emails didn't work. One star is too good for them. Irritated in Illinois

The 5 star reviews must be fake! Red Dot is the worst business that I have ever dealt with! THE WORST!!!! No customer service! Cannot call and talk to anyone directly. Have to leave a message, in which, they may return. I'm stilling waiting for a manager to return my call. ALL my Invoices arrive less than 5 days before they are due making it impossible to pay on time. This causes late fees and lock outs. I have contact them several times explaining these issues with NO improvements. In fact, they blame me for being late on my payments and want me to give them a credit card to set up auto payments. Why would I give my account information to a business I do not trust? DO NOT USE RED DOT STORAGE!!!!!!!!

Working with Red Dot Storage has been nothing but a good experience. If you have questions, they answer in a quick manner and will help with any problems. They send your invoice to you in a very timely manner as well. Great company if you need anything to put in storage!

Red Dot storage has been grand. They keep individuals up to date matters such as repairs on storage areas, close dates, and just in general good information. The call service representatives are always courteous and prompt which is great. An added plus is that they speak English.
