If you are wanting good customer service this is not the bank for you. Have had nothing but problems with them for years with rudeness and they will dismiss you the first chance they get.

So if your trying to apply for a loan. Go somewhere else. They stuck their nose in the air and were extremely rude. Told me I would probably not get it. And when the told me they would call me and let me know. They never called, emailed. But send plenty of letters trying to sell me life insurance! Fantastic! I’m gonna work on my credit. I will be taking my business elsewhere. For me it’s extremely unprofessional to be hateful and snotty over something I have never done before. Also. No real answers on how to work on my credit with them when ask. All I got was “I don’t know!” I can understand not getting a loan. But when asking for advice or help in finding ways to better my life financially? Doesn’t make me the gum on your shoe. Just saying.?♀️

I had loans through this company and payed them off but still had a savings account. Called to see if i could get my licence plate sticker from them and they said yes, so i thought cool. But not cool, i wrote them a check for $156.00 , $5.00 fee thought that was reasonable but received my savings statement today and they put the check in my savings then took it back out and charged me another $5.00 withdrawal inactivity fee. One way to profit from the corona virus, to me that's double dipping.

Have been to the Highland drive through several times and it is so slow. 20 minutes from getting to the window to making a withdrawal doesn’t make sense

I have had nothing but problems with Scott Credit Union since I opened an account with this company. I kept hoping they would do better, but I was WRONG. I bought a new vehicle thru a local dealer and this company picked up the loan. I opened a savings and checking account after the fact and intended to do more business with them. I have since found out the checking account was not setup correctly according to "a" branch manager. I have had tons of RUDE customer service going to the Collinsville, IL, branch, Alex, in the drive-thru. I contacted Matt Parrott, Marketing Manager, over this location, he listened gave me a gift-card, but all I wanted was an apology for the inconvenience and trouble from the employee at Collinsville branch. I felt that would have been better for all, my time is as valuable as their time is and now I feel like a number. I like to do business with local companies, but this is a joke! Matt told me today, 3.15.2019, by email, that "since" he apologized and gave me a gift card "he" thought that was good enough!! No wonder the staff acts this way, when leadership fails everyone does.. how sad!! Matt Parrott, you dropped the ball here for sure... I am not a NUMBER!!

Very good location for SCU. I have gone to this bank location primarily for the last 8 years and I have always got the things I needed done. Service usually does take a bit but they usually do me good service every time.

Payments over the phone have a $10.00 fee, you can't use the drive through to make payments. Today I tried to payoff a loan, they cant process more than $1000.00 at time, so they want to charge me $40.00 to process a payment. I couldn't set up a more broken payment system if I tried, what a joke. The people are nice, but the banks policies are set up to nickle and dime you to death.

This bank is horrible, there loan dept is ridiculous. Someone with great credit and great job it gets blocked in there red tape for a 70 k loan. There personal attention to customer is horrible. Bank here if you want to be a number
