For being a business that helps people on the worst days of their life, the lack of compassion, understanding, and empathy truly astounds me. Unless you want EXACTLY what Jay Boulanger wants for your loved one's funeral/memorial/celebration of life, he makes your life a living hell. He's misogynistic, narcissistic, and will play the victim if you stand up for what you and your family want. Literally any other funeral home would be better.

My family has been using Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home my entire life (60+ years). Although the people we have dealt with over the years have changed, the service has not. Always first rate, always reasonably priced. Its so good to be able to rely on them during our most difficult times.

Jay was the most respectful Person we have ever dealt with!!! He went above and beyond to make sure our Mom had the best service. He was there for us at anytime we needed him.

Jay, Cliff, and Cindy were wonderful during this difficult time. My mother had passed away 5 years ago and we recently decided to use Spengel-Boulanger again for my father. We could not be more happy with all their keen awareness to details. You will not regret using this funeral home.
