“I love to shop at Ruler Foods in Highland, Illinois. The people who work there are friendly, helpful & always curtious. The store is always clean and well stocked. This is really a Kroger knock off store. If you remember Krofer food stores they carry Kroger products. I always loved Kroger food Stores . They still have them in Rolla not sure where else.”
