For a big chain drug store this one is very disappointing. They a frequently out of the medications I take and most of them are very common. If I leave the hospital and they want me to pick up a medication and start it the next day, it is practically impossible because they have to order it.

One car at window, one car in front of us. We are the 3rd car in line. We were in line for 30 minutes before we got to the window. That's ridiculous!!!

I was able to get in and get what I wanted. However, the customer in front of me HAD to use rewards, which isn't normally an issue, if you know what phone number it's under. She did not. The clerk was way more patient that I would have been. I waited for over 10 minutes while she was trying to figure out her phone number. A second register was opened as the line was getting long, so when the 2nd clerk said she could take whomever was next, the guy behind me bolted over there. As I was turning around, he ki d of sheepishly said I could go, but by this time, I wasn't wanting to argue so I told him no, you were clearly here before me. The workers were great, they had what I needed but the customers themselves were a disaster. Come on people, let's do better.

I can not believe how disrespectful the pharmacy staff were on the phone 2 months in a row! My husband takes a medicine that is in short supply and is terrible to go off of each time it's out of stock. I called last month and was literally told that they can't tell us if they have it in stock for their safety!!?? I called Walmart and they told me on the spot so they just lied and treated me like crap. This time my husband called and was told to change his prescription over before they could tell him?? Playing with people's emotions when they need medication is dangerous! Disgusting!
