Yes the store was clean. Yes they had products. But the staff was not friendly. And the customer base out of this wal mart was scary. I would not let my loved one come to this walmart alone.

This review is for the bakery staff at Highland Walmart on 8/16/25. My daughter‘s first birthday cake fell to the floor in a tragic accident an hour before her party. I came in today extremely sad and looking for something that might do as a replacement, but knew it wouldn’t be nearly the same as the first one I had ordered in a Bee theme from Walmart. The wonderful Lady who helped me asked me which cake I had ordered and she remade it for me then and there. It was even more beautiful than the first one. I didn’t catch her name, but am so grateful and appreciative of her kindness.

Need to change the layout in all the clothing departments, its like being in a maze trying to navigate through the aisles, and all the racks are crammed together in a small space. Very hard especially for those who are on scooter’s to get through. So ridiculous! Also NEVER enough registers open. I refuse to do self check out, I don't work for free and am not going to do the work so walmart corp doesn't have to pay for cashiers. Next time I will leave my cart and items sitting and shop elsewhere. Lastly, they move groceries around constantly. It’s to trick you into looking at other items. My time is valuable, and I don’t appreciate the games.

It is 9 pm on a Saturday at the highland location and there is a huge line and the employees refused to even open more self checkouts. I am beyond livid. Who ever runs that store should be pissed. The management of this store should fire everyone. Very poor leadership/training
