I went to get money and could not get money bc she was by herself and could give money.... how much sense does that make. This is not the first time. I get needing 2 people. Schedule 2 people.

I went in today and met new staff. I had heard the new employees were not friendly at all!!!. I had absolutely the best experience there today. They were friendly, happy and very knowledgeable. One gal was new and the other lady training her was patient and helpful.

They are hardly open and when they are you can't make a deposit or withdrawal cause the one person that is there working can't do that ?

THIS PLACE HAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY BANK IN HIGHLAND. I STOPPED BY ON A SATURDAY TO MAKE CHANGE FOR AN EVENT IN TOWN AND THERE WAS ONE GIRL IN THE BRANCH, I BELIEVE THE MANAGER, AND I WAITED NEARLY 10 MINUTES FOR HER TO GET OFF THE PHONE. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT BUT IT DIDN'T SEEM IMPORTANT AS THEY WERE LAUGHING. I DIDN'T EVEN GET ACKNOWLEDGED. I WAS LITERALLY AT THE COUNTER 8 FEET FROM HER. ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WALKED IN FROM THE BACK ROOM AND DID MAKE MY CHANGE BUT NOT BEFORE TELLING ME THAT NORMALLY THEY DO NOT MAKE CHANGE FOR NON-CUSTOMERS. WHAT?!? WHY BE OPEN ON A SATURDAY WHEN MOST BANKS ARE CLOSED IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO MAKE CHANGE FOR OTHERS? I UNDERSTAND THAT THEY WANT TO EARN BUSINESS AND GAIN ACCOUNTS, ETC, BUT THEY ARE DEFINITELY NOT GOING TO EARN MY BUSINESS. WHEN THE MANAGER DID GET OFF THE PHONE SHE SAID "HI" AND THEN TOLD THE GIRL HELPING ME SHE WAS GOING TO USE THE RESTROOM. GLAD TO SEE THAT CUSTOMERS ARE NOT THEIR FIRST PRIORITY. I WAS SKEPTICAL OF THIS "BANK" TO BEGIN WITH...NOW I KNOW.

I am literally standing in the bank right now... for over 5 minutes since 1pm. No one is here... I have called this branch twice now, waiting to see if someone would come out if the phone was ringing... nope, nothing. I walked over to be near the doors in the back of the branch and shouted "Hello!", no response. This branch has the worst customer service. Your hours listed show open until 4pm and still no one is around. No sign stating "at lunch" or "away right now, be back soon". Customer service should be a first priority and it never seems to be so here... After 10 minutes two employees came out of the back stating they are refilling the ATM and would be right with us (another customer had joined the wait by this time). The branch manager, Lauren Wright, asked what I needed and I said I need to make a deposit. She then asked if I wanted to use the night deposit box, and I told her no. (I was thinking if I wanted to use the night box, I wouldn't be waiting here...) I get it.... you get busy, and it looked like you were training a new employee... Regardless, customer service should come first.
