Consigned 2 items for sale and within 40 days they were marked down. The price point was reasonable. I had been reluctant to list the items at the suggested priced but did so. And although the contract allows for it, there was no reason to reduce the price of the items other than wall space. Consider the operating model and motivation when consigning.

Extraordinarily high prices- nice, very polished antiques, but you will pay top dollar.

Beautiful, high-end, quality items but they’re in a different galaxy with their prices. One of the most overpriced shops I’ve ever been to. Won’t go back. Not worth it. You can find much cheaper prices downtown Chicago, London, Paris, New York City. Seriously.

Horribly rude woman working here - was going to make a purchase but when I asked a simple question she was so rude that I walked out! Don’t waste your time dealing with someone like her!

Best place for high end pre-owned furniture, lighting, and more. We keep going back and finding more.

Place is super over priced. And I’ve been antique hunting and picking for 15 years and I will tell you the prices are ridiculous. $275 for sliver PLATED tea set? Those are a dime a dozen. $580 for a painting that is scratched up? $48 for a cut crystal glass which is literally seen at every yard sale and antique place? Oh and let’s not forget $67 for a plastic egg you put on your coffee table! Unless you’re lazy and mega rich don’t shop here. Otherwise the place is pretty and nicely set up, but otherwise it’s more like a glorified museum.

I just got off the phone with a Jennifer from the store...Was asking about a table I have..And she said go on the computer and look it up !!!! Yep !!!! I say she isnt very interested in her job....I wonder what the owner would think about that....I think she needs some customer service teaching !!!!!

I give this place 3 stars because they have a ton of unique and cool stuff. HOWEVER, their prices are just plain and simply ridiculous IN MY OPINION!!! I went in there for 30-40 minutes and man was shocked!! The cheapest thin i found was a tinnnny little old china cup and it was $15...all the way up to some old chinese cabinet that looked like thrift store quality at best and had a sign on it that said dont touch - $8000!!! Two lamps that were over $895 for the set! Two end tables that were cool but $600 each! Definitely not what I think of when Im thinking of consignment!

We inherited some art pieces that we wished to sell. Anna's had an Internet site that we could upload the pictures of the pieces, describe the item, and provide all the measurements. They would look at them and tell us if they wanted the items to be brought in for pricing or not. That sounded great rather than lugging them all over and wasting our time. It took a couple hours but we provided all their required information with complete disclosures. They replied that we shold bring them all in! Wonderful, right?! Not so fast, we got all the pieces over there (30 minutes each way) and then informed the person who we had an appointment with wasn't in and we'd have to leave them. The next morning they said they didn't want any of them. Reason? A couple were lithographs (we told them we two were lithographs), two had slight water damage (we told them that two had slight water damage), etc. etc. It was quite obvious that they didn't look at the email. We wasted our time filling out their forms, wasted our time bringing them in for the person who didn't show up to our appointment and wasted our time bring them all back. To be clear, I was fine with them not wanting our stuff. What I'm not fine with was the disorganization and lack of respect for my time.

A bit picked over this visit ( holidays) and 2 empty vendor stalls. A mix of vintage and 2nd hand furniture. Some nice pieces but priced accordingly (on the high side). Not really worth a trip but if you happen to be near you might make a lucky find.
