I was with another insurance company for years and switched to State Farm. Not only did I get a better price for better coverage, but the customer service is beyond wonderful. Both Rosa and Susie O'Neill have been amazing to work with. Susie O'Neill miraculously put my claim into progress , as it was going nowhere for about a month. Within 5 minutes, she had me in touch with the proper people and within days my car was fixed to perfection. thank you Susie for your amazing service. You are a true asset to State Farm!!!!

Let me tell y'all about Rosa . I first met her in 2019 every single encounter I have had with her has been over the top. She makes the insurance process a walk in the park. she is very Friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to tackle my questions. All my questions regarding multiple polices were answered and explained courteously with factual, and useful information, over a period of over two weeks. Options and recommendations were provided as well, when I needed to make changes to coverage and deductibles. All in all, I am extremely pleased with Monica's assistance and support.

I have been with Brian at State Farm for many many years. I have been totally happy with the service I received.
Susie is always following up with me to make sure all is good. Every time renewals come up she researches to see if she can get me a better rate.
I highly recommend them for all your insurance needs. They take great pride in making sure their customers are satisfied and taken care of.

I have been a client for quite some time now and I have to say that Rosa is one of the most amazing agents to work with and Susie is such an incredible customer service manager. They are so quick to respond, so detailed, incredibly helpful, and they truly care deeply about their clients. I needed to cancel my policy and they did quickly and needed a quote for a new policy as I changed vehicles and got a quote quickly that was fair. I decided to activate the new quote, very happy with their service.
