Best gym ever!! From the moment I walked in to see the place I knew this was the place for me! Coaches and clientele are all super nice and helpful. You work at your own rate so no pressure but always someone around to help and encourage you! Definitely worth a try to see how you do.

Awesome friendly gym! Dropped in and was welcomed line I was at home. Great coaches and good vibes. Would recommend to anyone considering upgrading their gym experience.

I initially joined 3 years ago and had to take a break for health issues. And once I was in a place to be able to return to CrossFit I went straight back to PFT. While I had been gone for over a year, I felt like I had never been away.Love the programming! Love the community. ❤️
