I had a coat that was very soiled, and I had taken it to two other cleaners last year, but the coat did not look good clean. I was in Highwood and decided to try Skokie Valley laundry and dry cleaners. I picked up my coat yesterday and it looks almost like new. All the soil spots are gone. I am making this my cleaners. Bravo!

I dropped off my suit and white dress shirts. One shirt had a noticeable sweat stain in the neck line. The Cleaners did a great job with the stain and offered to redo one shirt which had a hard wrinkle in the collar. I highly recommend Freeway Cleaners!

Maria helped me over the telephone tremendously. She & Mike helped me find alternatives by even going as far as taking the time to give me quotes over the telephone. I would consider calling them if I were in this situation again.I needed my clothes,picked up at Highland Park, laundered cleaned & sent to me in CA.Unforfunately I didn't have any family or friends to put my clothes in garbage bags,brought downstairs & so that Skokie Valley could do their part.Otherwise if I was there & able to do it myself I'd greatly recommend this service to anyone.Very professional service very friendly,nice people as well as accommodating.Thank you.

WANRING! NEVER TAKE YOUR LAUNDRY HERE! I REPEAT! NEVER TAKE YOUR LAUNDRY HERE!I had them pick up a few loads of laundry and I thought everything was fine! They folded them up and put it in plastic, and that's where it ends. EVERYTHING IN THE PLASTIC SMELLED HORRIBLE. I was cheated out of damn near 250 dollars and the just send everything back to be smelling BAD. I had to rewash EVERYTHING. I couldn't believe that they even did this. They will never get my business again. If I could give these people 0 stars I would.NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIMEEdit: I called the company and the owner I spoke too sounded very nonchalant about it. As if he didn't care. He even mentioned that he's a landlord! And that they've been around for 100 yearsWell, if he owns property I feel bad for whoever's renting from him! I also don't care if you've been in business for a long time, that has nothing to do with cheating me out of my money. DON'T COME HERE.

Dan is the rep on our route, and is the best. Such a nice guy. This business has been around for a long time. They consistently do great work. The pick up and delivery service is nice perk.

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a good dry cleaning and wash/fold service. Of all the ones I called, Skokie Valley was the friendliest and most helpful with good information about their services, pricing, schedules etc. Having now used them, that friendly attitude has been backed up with really great cleaning - from moving, I had quite the pile of items to wash and to dry clean. Everything was beautifully done and I really appreciate having a regular schedule and driver I can depend on for pickup and delivery.

Took a down comforter in to be cleaned thus morning. It was done by 2:30 pm and so clean and fresh. And everyone that I talked to was so kind, helpful, enthusiastic and friendly. Great service snd I'll go back. Thank you Skokie Valkey.
