I moved to the area two years ago and started banking at this location. I had an issue with one of my accounts and the new manager Ali was very professional. He went above and beyond returned all my calls and addressed all my concerns. I was very happy with the end result. He even put me into a better account. Made me feel appreciated as a customer which is a rare thing these days. Highly recommend. Thank you~Mark

The employees are incompetent. Inattentive and unprofessional. Do not take their advice on anything because they just feed you a bunch of BS to either get your business or because they cannot answer banking questions... when you try to reach the regional manager Ron Nickel the email bounces back...

This place deserves absolutely NO STARs! 00000-The Highwood US Bank really needs so new leadership- the community of Highwood deserves better representation- the service at this bank is by far the worst, the staff and manager are completely incompetent and unprofessional. I have been banking with US Bank for years. My business and personal experience in the US Bank in Vernon Hills and Gurnee has been 5 stars- compared to HIGHWOOD US Bank. The experience in Highwood has been unwelcoming, and unsatisfactory for any business standards.Now, I am all for hiring young competent people, however this place severely lacks competence from their young staff- no one knows what their doing and could care less how they talk or behave in front of customers.This is due to the poor management and representation of this bank, the manager name is Ali, he is managing this bank in Highwood and Deerfield- this maybe the problem. I spoke with the manager Ali over the phone, and I had to end the call stating I was calling the Cooperate office due to his rudeness and unprofessional behavior. This was the first time I had ever had such a bad experience with a bank, and it was due to his lack of professionalism.I hope US Bank makes changes in Highwood, please your customers, some of us for years deserve better. For now, I have decided to change my banking to Vernon Hills or Gurnee for my business, I just can't do business with Highwood, it is too unwelcoming and has no one in charge of the people in charge.

Staff is nice. NO drive through window or tube system. Branch is closed due to covid so they ONLY have an ATM up outside

Worst experience ever. No one is helping. I called customer service i was told to come in and see branch manager. 4 times i had to take time off work to try to talk to him. He is absolutely clueless at the end nothing was resolved.

The drive-thru ATM here ate my husband's debit card. When he went in to let them know, they told him the techs would be there Friday (it was Saturday, so 6 days) and it happens and there's nothing they can do. This machine needs to be replaced if this is a normal issue!!

Staff are not knowledgeable about their service offerings and not motivated to find out. Get used to hearing "I don't know" frequently with no offer of following up. Won't be banking here any more
