“These guys/girls always do a great job, very friendly and always help me. My charger took a shit and they didn't have one to buy so they let me bring the store charger home until mine gets delivered.
That's how you run a business. ?
You don't whine about we can't do this we can't do that they just gave me the charger”
“Close to home and should have stopped in sooner. Not looking for anything other than CBD pen with no THC.
Not a ton of options here or other stores yet, but my hope is that it grows in the coming months, because it helps a lot and not everyone wants THC or nicotine etc.”

“I go to Buffalo Grove as my preferred medical dispensary. There is easy parking and a lot of good food options close by. Jo is always friendly and very knowledgeable about the products with solid recommendations. I appreciate the great service!”
“Absolutely amazing customer service
Family owned business that takes care of there customers
They know there products if you have any questions they will answer them and if they can't they will find an answer for you
There staff is always very kind and very helpful
The have sacrificed a lot of time to learn Wat they know
Which is an acquired taste
Hats of to the lady and gentlemen at cheap tobbaco
Love these folks
I'm from Texas and I'm hard to impress
But these folks did it
Definitely come to them fair price for the service they should charge more but they don't
Give them a shot you won't be disappointed”
“I take my friend here sometimes and she tells me how amazing it is. She told me they have the best service for loyal customers and sometimes gets discounts with her loyalty card. Definitely a business that can be trusted! 100% would go!”

“what a fantastic place to be at, truly have i never been to a place with such atmosphere and lively feeling, after taking first steps into the place i felt truly at home, never will i ever find another experience such as this once arriving and after being left in shock Marvin helped me look for what i had been searching for throughout this city truly a fantastic staff and a fantastic place i may go as far as to say that everything was phenomenal, on point, and in tip top shape. thank you for the wonderful experience”
“Today was my first time going to these places. As I walked in I was nervous and embarrassed. As I walked in to the store, a very friendly person greeted me and made me calm and very comfortable. I told him how I was feeling and he gave me what I needed and made me feel good about myself. I am grateful I walked in. I will going back to tell him about the product. Thank you so much for your kind help.”
“I got a replacement battery for my puffco plus accidentally ordered for store pickup ( I live in Nevada ) they reached out to me right away and then I got it shipped . It was here in 3 days super fast super affordable best price I found but most important the customer service I received was absolutely amazing. Definitely will buy from here again! Thank you for such a positive experience.”
“This vape shop is totally legit! I drove 20 minutes to get there to pick up a friend who lives downtown Chicago. They gave me a discount and let me try out so many different vapes and flavors. I’m not a smoker, but I had a great time chatting with them and they were super enthusiastic about their products. ?”
“I used to go to the location on dempster for years then switched to this one closer to my house, so maybe about 10 years I’ve been frequenting the zee chain. Both locations are great and literally have had no bad experiences with ANY of the employees there in all my years. Everyone is cool and chill. They have a wide selection of everything you can need smoke-related, very reasonably priced. In fact, what really solidified them in my mind was when I purchased a vape that stopped working after one day and when I went back and told them what happened they let me replace it with a new one. I know vapes are not expensive but it meant a lot to me that they cared and it’s the little things like this that make them awesome and keep their customers loyal. Thanks guys, you rock!”
“Above and beyond costumer service. Had a defect in one of the products purchased and they were extremely understanding and helped me get it resolved . AMAZING shop”

“Little vape shop. Nice place. Nice folks. Lots of options. I don't vape nicotine, though, so take that with a grain. I just go there for the occasional battery.”
