I scanned my card at the pump and canceled the transaction just one second later. I never received any gas, yet $28 was immediately taken from my account. My bank says they can’t do anything while the charge is pending.
I called the station and was promised a callback—but it’s been two days, and I’ve heard nothing. I’m still out of my money, and Shell has been completely unresponsive. It has been almost a week since I even tried to get gas and they took my money.
This experience has made me question Shell’s customer service and transaction integrity. I expected better from a major brand. If this isn’t resolved soon, I’ll be escalating further.

It is a good thing that they allow McDonald's customers to use their bathroom even though it's an outside bathroom because McDonald's will not allow people inside the building next door to them
