I had a scheduled meeting at this location to open a business account. I was called 30 minutes beforehand to be told that the meeting was cancelled due to the relationship banker calling off. I understand things happen but…30 minutes before the meeting? Very unprofessional and an inconvenience. Thankfully I was able to meet with Anais at the branch location in Broadview to complete what was needed the same day.

I recently lost my father he had an account with Chase Bank. I had to close the account through this difficult time. Coming from North Carolina and closing account was experience. Nevertheless it was a great experience. I received an great, immaculate, amazing, and professional service. I was greeted by Mo very pleasant then she referred me to Jasmine also pleasant and courteous. I had a hard time understanding the process of closing account but it was explain to me where I understood it. Overall this Branch made me feel like family understanding my situation and were awesome in providing customer service. I would recommend this branch to anyone who's seeking professional and courteous service I will rank this branch an A+. Thank you Mo, Jasmine, and Chase Bank.

I come here for ATM use only and they are always down. Which is absurd because they actually have a few. My boyfriend and I were waiting in line along with other cars for ONE ATM and we couldn't believe that when it was our turn that it froze up and told us it was down. 0 stars if I could.

This location is horrible! They lost my last payment from my auto loan and I did not realized it until it had been reported to the credit bureau! Now I have a negative remark on my credit which has made it impossible to get any sort of loan.

We came to open a savings account waited over an hour to do so only one personal banker available. After 30 minutes of waiting I walked up to the cubicle on the left to find a man sitting there asked him if there was another personal banker he stated “I have only one banker the other called off†he never got up to help or apologized for the wait. He sat in his chair the whole time not getting up one time to at least apologize for the wait. We ended up leaving after an hour wait and opened an account online. Another customer got up before us and left as well. Very bad for business, never again will we return poor customer service skills.
