The pharmacy is TERRIBLEI switched from walmart to Walgreens because they are so close, within walking distance from me. Well little did i know they would suck so bad. Communication is key . Convenience be damn, im transferring back to Walmart.

I frequent this Walgreens often because I live close by. Everyone I've interacted with has always been friendly and will quickly open another register when a line forms! Stock is good and everyone there is always helpful.

What terrible service! I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered at home COVID tests online for pickup. The website indicated the products were in stock. I expected to get an email/text when the order was ready for pickup. That was yesterday. No contact from Walgreens. Today I checked the website for my order status and found the order was cancelled because the items WERE OUT OF STOCK. Again, no contact from the store. I guess Walgreens only wanted my contact information so they can bombard me with advertising. CVS here I come.

Made an appointment for covid testing and still waited 20min. It's been 5 days and still no results. The lab hasn't even received it yet. How are we to overcome this pandemic, when incompetent Walgreens can't test in a timely manner?

They never have stock. Had no products so made from scratch. They're by Westbrook with 90 units X 4 buildings only 1/3 people drive so this is their grocery store. Never have stock.

I just have to say that the manager John Andrews is very professional. He is a sweet guy that greets you and takes care of you when you are in store. Need more like you John!!!!!

I am not surprised to hear in the news that Walgreens is not doing well. Today, walking in the store I asked about the travel accessories section. One the attendants there looked at me a bit incredulous and told me to "Right there, look at Health section." She said in a way as if I was supposed to know. I just confirmed again to make sure that it contained the travel stuff. Big mistake. She was even more impatient which I had to point out. As I walked towards the section, I could hear them laughing. I came back to buy, not a word of acknowledgment. I don't blame them. They are young and immature. I blame the management. They need to train better or get themselves trained. They are a sad store. I don't plan to go there anymore.

Still the worst pharmacy wait times of a any place I have ever been, by a wide margin. You grow old waiting in the drive thru.
