*This review is for the pharmacy.*I didn’t get the name of the taller, older, caucasoid male working back there this last Sunday (3/3/24) @ noon but my mother and I simply asked if they had syringes so we could easily administer liquids and he threw it at us. If I had a drink, I would’ve thrown it at him. He has no business working with the general public being that rude to people over nothing. I hope he gets transferred somewhere else and is treated horribly.Thanks for reading and have a lovely day to everyone besides that guy. The rest of the workers are great people, I’m sure.

My prescriptions are always ready and they notify me if I have to order the medication. The front store is friendly.

Terrible experience trying to schedule a covid test with a representative on the phone 1 800 shop CVS. after 30 Minutes and me asking for a supervisor , NO one was able to help me, at Walgreens it's a 25 dollar co pay, CVS Told me $69. I'll just go to Walgreens

Big Shoutout to this CVS for allowing somebody to use my stolen debit card to purchase items. And a special shoutout to LeAnne or Lynn (whichever name she said on the phone) for getting an attitude with me and telling me the police would have to request the security footage. Phenomenal customer service all around..

I attempted to purchase allergy medication there was no associates in sight I was not greeted by the associate in the front of the store who was loading money into the self checkout machine. Another customer was wanting assistance and she told him to wait until she was done loading the machine as if she couldn’t have done that at a later time. I worked at cvs for 9 years and this is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. Please retrain your staff on how to greet and offer help I walked out my money can be spent where I am appreciated.

Had to get prescriptions so I shopped while waiting the wait was only 5 minutes however they did not add my good rx so I had to pay out of pocket for what insurance didn’t cover

Since day one I had a gut feeling this CVS Pharmacy was going to give me headaches. I DO NOT RECOMMEND This Pharmacy. Incompetent staff. You guys say you guys tried to reach out to me but never did I ever got a call nor a text about my prescription refill. Whats the whole point of subscribing to text if it's useless. Now I have to wait 2 days to get my medication. Thank you Cvs Pharmacy Staff. Keep up the great work.

I will never go to this CVS again. They treat you like a criminal when you first walk in the door. The store manager wanted me to leave my purse at the door. Really!! No large size purses or bags are allowed in the store. Plus the store manager was rude!! If you live in this area please do not patronize this storeCVS 600Mannheim Rd, Hillside, IL

The woman who is running this store is doing a great job. A month ago I came in here and the place was a wreck, the roof was leaking, there was a 20 year old broken television right as you walked in, and there was trash everywhere.Urania has done a great job cleaning up the place. It’s was like walking into a whole different store when I came in today.Urania took the time to help me when the self check out machine went on the fritz. She was super friendly and helpful.CVS you have a winner here. Take care of her.

Just ok. Always has missing inventory. This has been an ongoing problem for years. I generally only go here for prescriptions that I need immediately. I usually have prescriptions delivered. I decided to try again. Absolutely no change with the prior inventory issue.☹️

Thia location is ok and employees are always super friendly. Leaving this review to let folks know that they do NOT open at 7am everyday. Stopped by this morning on a time crunch thinking i could shop for what i needed right before the pharmacy opens at 9 to grab a script. Nope. They don’t open until 9. Heads up.
