Worst delivery service.
Held my package in the truck with “out for delivery” status and just keeps changing the delivery time to changing delivery date to changing delivery day again.
How can they hold my package ransom for days and not just deliver it?
This was such an important package and btw no customer service no phone number no nothing but automated answering services.

Fedex still incompetent for more than 20 years lol. UPS just delivered a package to me on the first attempt. This is gonna be Fedex’s third attempt according to them. They said they attempted to deliver for the second time this morning at 11:24am. I have been home and have a Ring camera. Nobody attempted lol. Nice try. Stay incompetent Fedex.
They took a bs closeup photo of the package to pretend they attempted delivery. Why? Look for another job if you don’t want to do your job.
Update 1: they just lied again and said they attempted delivery at 6:41pm. Nope, straight up liars. Filed a customer complaint on the line. Get a new job, lazy incompetent delivery driver.
Update 2- July 25: Tevorri pretended to try to deliver my package. This is the 4th “attempt”
Now I have to waste my time and pick up my own package because Fedex employees don’t want to do their job. Fedex please pay me for doing your job.
I want to place a bet that Fedex will go bankrupt and out of business in the next 20 years.
If you have other options besides Fedex (UPS, USPS, DHL) use them instead.

Fed Ex is ridiculous to deal with.
They did not follow delivery instructions and when asked to leave at a Walgreens pick up center by my house they did not.Then I was told I'd have to drive 40 minutes away to pick up package myself.
People use UPS instead!

Leaving Illinois and needing a package. Keyiara (representative) at the Craig Place FedEx in Hillside, Illinois was extremely helpful coordinating our package getting delivered efficiently and safely.

Julie at this location is by the the best employee I have ever dealt with at any Fedex location let alone hillside. Amazing customer service, and always does her best to make the customer happy.

Very efficient service, friendly and helpful. I had a print out of a shipping label but the toner had been running low. She was able to scan it to create a proper new label. I was very happy with the service.

Great service! I had a problem with my package but the workers and manager helped me so much!! I really needed this package and they gave it to me minutes after closing hours! I appreciate that so much I know there’s rules but I really needed this thanks.
