DONT COME HERE, BETTER OFF FIND AN ALLEY MECHANIC. Went in to get my ac fix. They told me that a hole was in my hoes. Paid them almost $700 for me to get cool air... I get in the car, and it's not cold, lukewarm, or the same as last time... make another appointment to fix the same problem... why they told me the same problem was presented and wanted me to pay an extra $600.i told them that I just came there a week ago to try and fix the problem they didn't. Just for them to tell me a completely different part was the problem. So you mean to tell me that ppl are trusting yall to fix our cars, and yall can't even do proper dionastics, dionastics that we have to pay for, mind you! to find the source of the problem?? So its okay for yall to waste our time and hard earned money? Is what im hearing

I went to get an alignment and diagnosis on my 2009 Subaru Impreza. They did the alignment quick, have a comfortable lobby to wait in with phone chargers and seats, and were overall very friendly. I’m not the greatest with names but I believe Mark is the employee who helped me, very outgoing attitude and I will be coming back for sure

I recently visited the Firestone location in Hillside off Mannheim and had an exceptional experience. Mark provided top-notch service and demonstrated extensive knowledge about cars. He always had my best interests in mind, ensuring my Nissan was back in great shape. The lifetime warranty on the wheel alignment is a fantastic perk. Despite being a walk-in, I was fortunate to be accepted, though I highly recommend making an appointment for the best service. If you need reliable car care, this is the place to go!

Drove in with a flat on a cross country trip. Got me in and out with new tires in just a couple hours. Firestone service means I can count on the warranty even in about stare.

They did what they were supposed to do. It would've been nice if they found other things wrong and given me the option to get it fixed instead of giving me a list after they were done with what I went there for. They could've made more money.

Manager and staff are always great to work with. when are vans are in the shop, they not on the road making money, so the team at firestone does a good job getting us in and out and maintaining our 200,000+ work vans.
