Employee Kelvin charged me for a warranty I did not consent too while purchasing a console. Luckily corporate provided a remedy to resolve the issue after filing a complaint. Be mindful of purchasing here since this location has deceptive employees. I wanted to support GameStop over companies like Bestbuy, Wal Mart, or Amazon because it’s nice to have stores that provide the scope of gaming related products; unfortunately this was a negative and bitter experience which has definitely effected my consideration for purchasing at GameStop in the future and will not be returning to this specific location in the future.

The worst and terrible GameStop experience I’ve ever had, On May 2nd, 2025. When I came in to the store for some trade ins, one of the employees: a black guy with blonde hair and the earrings immediately were giving me a hard time they were very rude, disrespectful, didn’t give a damn then after that they decline everything I was about to sell. I was forced to go another GameStop with better employees. I don’t really recommend going here…

Called to ask if something was in stock and was told all associates are busy and it automatically hung up on me. Got to the store about 10 minutes later, and it looked like it had been dead for some time. waste of time.

I would like to give kelvin a shout out! I’ve always had great customer service with the staffs especially him! I live no where near this GameStop yet, I travel far because he’s the reason why this GameStop became my favorite! I would walk into this GameStop for 1 thing and end up walking out with more things because he tells me promotions that I didn’t know about especially good deals that make me want to purchase more stuff. They are very welcoming! Thank you to all the staff and keep up the good work you guys won another customer over! I’m a very satisfied customer! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kalvin is the absolute best. He understands issues occur, I was given the wrong Game edition and all other gamestops kept sending me all over IL until Kalvin solved my issue he literally said “come in and I’ll help you out” absolutely amazing

I bought a Nintendo game as a gift for my brother come to find out they gave me the wrong game the game in particular was Mario maker instead they gave me a Pokemon game I spent 60$ including tax on a game when I came back to the game stop they refused to give me my money back and they where so rude when I asked for a refund
