ZERO STARS. Just found a charge from my 15-year-old's bank account from Genies Tobacco. Can't believe that a so-called reputable establishment would sell any of their age-restricted tobacco products to an obvious teenager with no ID. Very disheartening. Not only am I disheartened, I am incensed! Parents have a hard enough time with our willful, headstrong children who are easily influenced by disingenuous school-age peers without insidious and careless businesses that ILLEGALLY peddle their tobacco products and DRUG PARAPHERNALIA directly to children. DO BETTER!!!! Please trust and believe that I have and will deal with my child accordingly, but if I find another charge from this establishment while he is still a minor, I will make it my mission to SHUT YOU DOWN!! If you don't know, now you know.

Overall this shop was nice and clean however when I entered I was not greeted. I refuse to spend my hard earned money there. No one was wearing masks. Grown men were playing video games not wearing masks either
