He literally spent hours on line , suspiciously exactly one hour with att trying to port my number over, and additionally with Verizon support accomplishing this goal. I’m so glad to be back with Verizon and to receive such fantastic service after a horrible att experience having calls not received due to network congestion and email not loading and timing out.”

I will be using this as a home Boost Mobile store even though I live in Arlington Heights. She was very helpful and very sweet and had a smile the entire time. She even said hi the second I walked in which never happens. She saved me staying with Boost because I was thinking about switching! Plus you can’t beat the prices at this location. First thing I asked was is this the same owner from 5 years ago, yes she said.Once I needed a phone repaired and he sent me to a shop. Not selfish, not trying to push a phone just honest to goodness help. And so I return, permanently. Lesson learned, when you find good people stick with them.”
“My project to report is the replacement of a digital hard drive with a solid state one. The target here is a ten year old Mac mini. The technician had it over the weekend and returned it after five days. Data restoration was not requested nor was it done. I supplied the replacement drive. The install was successful. The data recovery I performed without his assistance. Very happy with the speed and the final price of the finished project. My thanks!”

“Kelly you are the best! Let me tell you folks, I agree with Lisa B. Kelly had 3 customers that needed extensive assistance, but not me. LOL. Her voice tone was calm, yet professional. The way she handled each situation close to closing time, you would think the store just opened. I needed internet service immediately, just moved from Florida. Kelly provided me with the right equipment, explained what will happen, what I need to do, and it should take less than 15 minutes to set up. Got home and it took only 5. Kelly, listen to me, if you decide to go into another profession, choose Emergency Room, News Anchor or Radio host. Thank you again!”

“The rep was really nice and helpful and great. I was charged twice as much for the phone as it cost on the website and the phone is not that great but that was NOT the rep's fault. People send me a text message and it sometimes doesn't show up for hours after they have sent it to me! It also froze up first day using it and I had to take the battery out and put it back in to get it to work properly. It is a SUMMIT FLIP phone.”
