“Overall, we were satisfied with Allied. They did break a paper shredder. I'm not sure why it wasn't packed in a box like almost everything else was. On delivery, the crew accidentally took my two wheel dolly. They used it to return the furniture wraps to the truck, and didn't bring it back. Other than those two things, we were happy.”

“Moved a 3 BR House in Wisconsin to a 2 BR apartment in Virginia with a stop at the apartment complex and a storage facility. Crystal was my rep. She followed up with me and made sure I understood everything in the contract. I was given a 2 day window for pickup and received a call the day before as promised to let me know which day they would be there. I was aware my delivery location was hard to access and shuttle service might be needed as laid out in the contract, so was not surprised by the email stating there would be an added fee for shuttle service and had already anticipated the cost.
The crew called 1.5 hours before expected (6am) and arrived a full hour before the work window (7am). They were quick and efficient. Everything was very well wrapped and nothing was broken or damaged. There was a $321 fee for supplies used on items that needed special wrapping like glass front cabinets and intricate lamps. The crew chief had different colored stickers on items depending on where they were being delivered and i kept an eye on the inventory list as it was created. There were also separate sheets for each location.
I had an airtag on my ebike and was able to watch where our items were. They stayed in the same place for a few days while an especially cold and wintry snow mix hit the upper north of the country. A few days later, we received the information that our items were en route and that the moving crew would call to give us 24 hour notice of when they'd arrive. The driver was very communicative and let us know to expect him in the morning between 8-11. Early the next morning, the driver called again to let us know he'd had a tire puncture and was running late, but would be there in the afternoon. He also confirmed that the storage facility would still be able to be accessed. Later that day, the truck and the crew arrived and quickly unloaded our items. Before they started to unload, I was informed of the extra fee for too many steps. I was aware there would be a charge per the contract and was prepared for it. Everything went smoothly.”

“I recently used Nelson Westerberg Headquarters to move all of my belongings from New York to Ohio, and I honestly couldn't be more impressed. What really blew me away was that they completed the entire move in just ONE day. I was expecting this to take much longer given the distance, but they made it look easy.

His attitude and work ethic made what could have been a stressful day feel completely smooth and manageable.
