“Strongly recommend Them! I was impressed with how quickly MiniMoves responded to my request for a quote for my state-to-state move. I’m moving a large dining table from my uncle’s home in California to Arizona, and the team asked all the right questions to fully understand the details of the move. I felt confident that they took the time to gather the information needed to provide an accurate quote. The quick response and attention to detail made the process easy and gave me peace of mind. Very Professional! I will be using them for all my moving needs.”

“Overall, we were satisfied with Allied. They did break a paper shredder. I'm not sure why it wasn't packed in a box like almost everything else was. On delivery, the crew accidentally took my two wheel dolly. They used it to return the furniture wraps to the truck, and didn't bring it back. Other than those two things, we were happy.”

“We cannot recommend Berger Allied highly enough! We recently completed a long-distance move from Chicago to North Carolina, and the entire experience was completely seamless from start to finish. From the initial planning phases, Steve, our sales representative, was fantastic. He provided a highly competitive and accurate estimate relative to other premium moving companies, with zero hidden surprises or stressful sales tactics (we actually got a refund). Once we booked, Marie stepped in as our moving coordinator and was an absolute lifesaver. Her communication was crystal clear, prompt, and incredibly reassuring during what is normally a very chaotic process. The actual moving crew was professional, efficient, and treated our belongings with the utmost respect. Long-distance moves always come with a bit of anxiety about fragile items, but they packed and transported everything so carefully that not a single glass was broken. If you are looking for a reliable, fairly priced, and highly professional moving company that delivers on its promises, look no further.”

“Moved a 3 BR House in Wisconsin to a 2 BR apartment in Virginia with a stop at the apartment complex and a storage facility. Crystal was my rep. She followed up with me and made sure I understood everything in the contract. I was given a 2 day window for pickup and received a call the day before as promised to let me know which day they would be there. I was aware my delivery location was hard to access and shuttle service might be needed as laid out in the contract, so was not surprised by the email stating there would be an added fee for shuttle service and had already anticipated the cost. The crew called 1.5 hours before expected (6am) and arrived a full hour before the work window (7am). They were quick and efficient. Everything was very well wrapped and nothing was broken or damaged. There was a $321 fee for supplies used on items that needed special wrapping like glass front cabinets and intricate lamps. The crew chief had different colored stickers on items depending on where they were being delivered and i kept an eye on the inventory list as it was created. There were also separate sheets for each location. I had an airtag on my ebike and was able to watch where our items were. They stayed in the same place for a few days while an especially cold and wintry snow mix hit the upper north of the country. A few days later, we received the information that our items were en route and that the moving crew would call to give us 24 hour notice of when they'd arrive. The driver was very communicative and let us know to expect him in the morning between 8-11. Early the next morning, the driver called again to let us know he'd had a tire puncture and was running late, but would be there in the afternoon. He also confirmed that the storage facility would still be able to be accessed. Later that day, the truck and the crew arrived and quickly unloaded our items. Before they started to unload, I was informed of the extra fee for too many steps. I was aware there would be a charge per the contract and was prepared for it. Everything went smoothly.”

“I recently used Nelson Westerberg Headquarters to move all of my belongings from New York to Ohio, and I honestly couldn't be more impressed. What really blew me away was that they completed the entire move in just ONE day. I was expecting this to take much longer given the distance, but they made it look easy. I have to give a special shoutout to my mover Sal, he was extremely professional and efficient throughout the entire process. His attitude and work ethic made what could have been a stressful day feel completely smooth and manageable. My case coordinator Sandy and Kim, they were following up with me through phone calls and emails very efficiently and professionally. From start to finish, everything was handled with complete professionalism. The crew was punctual, careful with my belongings, and communicated clearly the whole time. Nothing was damaged, nothing was left behind, and there were zero surprises.”

“This is my second move with Pack-Men! I chose them again because the quote was reasonable and affordable compared to other moving companies. On the day of the move, Erwin and his team were amazing! They were fast, efficient, and organized. They wasted no time loading all the items onto the truck and unloading them to the new place. I also had my bed dissemble and assemble during the move and the whole process was completed within the estimate of 4 hours. Very professional and nice people. They were also accommodating and placed all the furniture and items to their respective areas. I highly recommend Pack-Men if you need to move!”

“We all know that moving can be stressful but JC Movers made the experience so easy especially after a cross country move! “We had a really positive experience with Mid West Moving & Storage. Moving from Chicago to Glen Ellyn with a baby under one year old meant we had a lot more than just furniture to think about, and the crew made the entire process feel manageable. They were especially careful with our daughter’s furniture, crib, and belongings, along with several delicate and specialty pieces throughout the house. Everything was wrapped and protected thoroughly, and nothing felt rushed. You could tell they cared about getting our belongings to our new home safely, not just getting the job done quickly. The team was professional, patient, and careful from beginning to end. We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to other families.”
