“we went there to check out some softball but the facility is really nice. Fields looked well taken care of. The grounds were clean... really nice brick walkway through the middle of it. The restrooms were clean too. I was there at the height of cicada 2024 and the noise was relentless.”

“We’ve had three kids at VCA over the last three years and have had a wonderful experience with all of our classrooms and teachers. They’ve created a great community and do a handful events throughout the year so the families can mingle and get to know each other. After five years at Village Children’s Academy, this daycare has become like family to us. From the very beginning, the front office staff (Beth, Jenn, and Jovanna) have been nothing short of amazing. They are always accommodating, attentive to specific requests, and truly do everything possible to keep the school running smoothly while making families feel supported and cared for.

Over the years, we’ve had so many incredible teachers who have helped shape our sons’ experiences, and we are so grateful for each of them (shoutout to Ms Pat, Ms. Esmerelda, Ms. Randy, Ms. Drea, Mr. Nick and so many more). Most recently, Ms. Becca and Ms. Jackie have rounded out our time at VCA and constantly went above and beyond to make learning magical and memorable.

Ms. Becca starts every morning with the warmest attitude that immediately makes both kids and parents feel welcomed and comfortable. Her positivity is contagious and sets the tone for a great day.

Ms. Jackie is truly one of a kind. She doesn’t miss a single detail and fully commits to every classroom theme and somehow always brings her creative visions to life. She even relieves that “mom guilt” by creating experiences that many of us wish we had time to pull off ourselves. Like grinch day and making sure the leprechaun came to cause chaos in the classroom on St. Patrick’s Day. The kids absolutely love it.

Together, Ms Becca and Ms. Jackie create such thoughtful and imaginative pretend play stations (our family favorite was the Costco setup), and the art projects are truly above and beyond. These and the memories are the kinds of keepsakes we will cherish forever. One thing that especially touched us was how they picked out individualized Christmas gifts for each student based on their personal interests, such a thoughtful and personal gesture that speaks volumes about how much they genuinely care for every child.

We are incredibly grateful for the love, creativity, and dedication this school pours into its students every single day. VCA has given our family so many special memories, and we could not recommend them more. We’ll be sad to end our time over the next couple of days, but are so thankful for the warmth we felt through the phone on my very first call with Beth the director that solidified our decision before we even had the chance to visit the school five years ago.”

“My wife and I have been very pleased for the past 10 years with Picket Fence in River Grove. One of our children has gone there, and one is still there. The staff has always been very good with both our children. Leadership has always been very good at keeping us posted of any changes that may have occurred, or handled a problem in a professional manner. The staff works hard to keep the children active on activities or play in the classrooms. We have always appreciated the service of them walking the children to school in the morning, and picking them up in the afternoon. This is very valuable for us on the half days, or the off days the school has. This is an excellent daycare.”

“We had the BEST experience with Creative Montessori. The teachers are gentle and kind. Our son really flourished there! It is off of a resendential street (unlike most other daycares) and there is a large backyard with actual grass for the kids to play. The playground is great too! The quality of learning, empowering, and nurturing for the cost is insane. This is the third of our daycare experiences and was absolutely the best! Wish we moved him there sooner.”

“The Creme is really a special place to entrust the care, development and curriculum for your children. We recently changed after our older son started Kindergarten and we didn’t know what we were missing. From administration(Chris G) to the teachers(Ms Helen & Ms Victoria), it has truly been an overall great experience. We look forward to continuing to work with them. They also have programs for the kindergarten kids that you may need coverage on closed school days or breaks as an add on. 5 starts not enough for this Westmont branch.”

“My son has been in this center for about 5 months now and loves his teachers Ms.Lei and Ms. Gloria in the twos classroom. He sings all of their songs and mimics the way they talk to him all day. They are also very patient and have great communication. Really eased my mind about putting my child in daycare for the first time !”

“We’ve been part of this daycare for the past five+, and all three of our children have attended since 12-15 months. As a Polish-American family, it was especially important to us that our kids were exposed to the language and culture early on, and this daycare has been a wonderful place for that. The caregivers are incredibly gentle, patient, and genuinely caring. It always gave us peace of mind knowing our kids were in such good hands.

This isn’t only a daycare, the kids learn so much: colors, numbers, shapes, planets, cutting skills, etc. I’ve heard from two different kindergarten teachers that my children came in well ahead of their classmates and have asked where my children attended prior to kindergarten.

We’ve also really appreciated how easy communication is. The app has been a great addition, allowing us to see updates throughout the day and quickly stay on top of anything the kids need. The home-cooked meals are another big plus, and something our children have truly enjoyed. Over the years, our kids have formed lasting friendships, and we’ve gotten to know so many wonderful families as well. We truly can’t recommend this daycare enough.

Another one to Damian who is backstage, but answers all my emails, fills out paperwork, creates amazing videos of events the kids put on and so much more!”

“The Lombard Kindercare is a warm, inviting environment that has friendly staff and excellent childcare. The staff has been very accommodating to our child's needs and has worked in her best interest to make her feel comfortable and at home in a new place. This is by far the best childcare center I have ever come across! Excellent quality, communication and I feel that my child gets the best care. I would highly recommend!”

“We enrolled our son at Millie's and were immensely pleased with the results. We came to them on the recommendation of my cousin, who works in the local school system, and we were not disappointed. They helped my wife and I with the transition of our first child into daycare with grace and compassion. After a week he seemed excited every day for drop off and left with a smile on his face. Their app provided us with great updates and clear evidence of the great attention they were paying to him in terms of eating, sleeping and diaper changes. When our circumstances changed and we needed to change his daycare they were immensely accommodating and understanding. I cannot recommend their services enough to anyone in the area needing a place to trust the care of their children with, and should circumstances change again I would immediately re-enroll our son back into Millie's House.”

“Little background:Our first son went to a different daycare locally (in Schaumburg)...just 1....for 5 years straight. No major issues. We moved homes and had our 2nd one, daughter. We went through 4 nannies in 8-9 months and finally were ready to put her in a daycare.We chose ANOTHER local daycare (post-pandemic time, high demand, low availability, long waitlist etc.). The center itself was great and accommodated us at a 24 hour notice! Director and teachers were good, but in the 6 months, our daughter was there, she kept falling sick every few days...severe rashes, yeast infections, HFMD - 3 times...needless to mention the regular cold/cough/fever etc. Add to that, her vaccinations! We were sick and tired but mostly, felt sorry and helpless for our daughter.Then, we found BH at The Chancellory location. Ms. Sabryna and Ms. Jo were very accommodative from my first phone call.* The floor plan is so inviting and open - makes you want to spend time there.* The teachers have been very caring...first in the toddler room and now in the 2s.* The rooms are large and spacious.* They have 3 sectional playgrounds in the back.* It's amazing how every little kid wants to engage and interact even with the administrators and share their thoughts!* It's been over 8 months now and our daughter is flourishing there.* They handle sicknesses and infections very seriously and proactively (instead of us telling them!)All this is a testament to their commitment, compassion and longevity of teachers.Although, my drive time went from 4 mins to 12 mins one way and the price was almost 40% higher (compared to the previous daycare) I am happy to drive/pay, knowing our daughter enjoys her time there. The care is much higher! She has not had 1 diaper rash since then or a viral infection..other than cold once or twice.Definitely recommend this location, if you are able to afford it. Check if your employer has a discount program - that helps.”

“We’ve been with ALC 1 for just about 6 years now. We have SO many adorable art projects that we will keep and cherish. They also prepare memory books created throughout the year that are given at the end of the school year full of pictures, memories, progress reports, etc..the entire staff is friendly & helpful and somehow know EVERY parent! It’s safe (code needed & a very secure door), clean, & the outside area is perfect for little ones to have water play days, playground fun, a garden, ride around in cozy coupes and more. Our sons have been loved, cared for, tended to, played with, & taught. The operating hours are helpful for parents with early start times and those who need until 5:45p. Jessica has everything in line and ready for the summer program along with the new school year. We always know what’s going on thanks to the ProCare app and constant communication-we get photos of our kiddo everyday along with their activities, meals, and helpful reminders. They plan the cutest holiday parties and really enjoy theme days-they’re easy too, nothing too hard to put together at home ;) we are truly grateful for this daycare. Our son leaves each day smiling and excited to show us what he’s made and the fun he’s had with his teachers & friends. We are so glad we have had both of our boys attend ALC, and although it’s our last year (aging out next August ?), the boys always point out their school when we drive past & we’re just so grateful for the positive impact ALC has had on their childhood ♥️”

“We were searching for a Russian speaking daycare with great food options for our child and Children's Land caught our eye. Even though there is no Russian speaking group in this location, my child's language skill improved so much due to listening to Ukrainian and practicing Russian at home. The child adjusted nicely to the daycare and made so many friends there. There are different activities for kids every day, including singing, painting and dancing. Honestly, couldn’t be happier ?”
