Purchased an auction unit at this facility and they made it super quick and easy! Ginger and Joey are great people who value their costumer service, thanks to their help I've had the best auction experience thus far! Not to mention its clean and temperature controlled and even better they have a drive in garage, elevators, and multiple dollies! Would gladly come here again for auction or to get a unit of my own!

This storage facility is the cleanest in Illinois. And everything is working. Gate, Elevators, Lighting, HVAC, and snow removal. Hallways in three story are carpeted! There are solid four wheel carts available. The only explanation for this is 5 star manager.

The information of the locker location was not good information. The email that was sent, only gave the locker and floor number, not the building. I went to the main building to the second floor looking for locker # 909 , only to find out it was not in the main building. Also, there should some type of notification when you get to the floor to direct you to the correct locker. I had to walk around for a few minutes to find my locker. Not happy about that seeing I have a bad leg.
