Made online order realized I was at wrong location cancelled my order. Got an email notification my order had been picked up by someone else not me. Had to call corporate to get a return because this store location never answered their phone . The whole point of a drive up order you need to show your code to verify it’s the correct vehicle and person doing the pick up.

Some people don't have customer service skills. They should train them so that one leaves the store happy and thus recommends good service.

The store seems to be fully stocked. However, there is always a low number of cash registers open. I couldn’t find a product so I looked online for the isle number. Couldn’t find it at the store either so I asked a staff member. She stated she just started and didn’t know either. I walked out without buying the other 4 items since I couldn’t find the fifth item I made a special trip to get.

The DT-CHANNEL is @your Broadview and Quarry stores. The vendors are at end the DT. Go to market to kill off their aid& abetting. The shoppers that know what Kathy knew will avoid the pro-DT stores. exec order 10cv391/16cv11318@the dirksen federal court reporter. Take care. Update: the vendor hearth and hand a married couple, the female is like imby'ivanna trump and does the DT-channel about her marriage and it has gone to violence. I would never buy the item. Try Martha or Barrymore. They never channeled to get someone else attacked.

Not sure if it was the worker being lazy but had the most idc attitude when I asked if I could get my pick up order which only had one item one hour early. I wouldn’t have minded if I needed to go grab the item myself and bring it to the front but no type of resolution was offered just told its two hours minimum you have to wait for the email letting you know it’s ready. Unprofessional and unhelpful. Avoid this target if possible. I usually shop in the city where it’s much much busier and they still go out of their way to help. Mind you this target was dead and the worker had a AirPod in his ear while I spoke to him. Smh. Do better.

Don’t expect help at the service desk and do not answer the phones. I left an item at self check and tried to call. I called continuously and no answer. I love target but not this store, sorry

Consistent. Very busy location and highly shopped. There are 2 in the area and but these is not another for several miles.Variety of demographics to cater to.Usually clean. Always need more staff.Seasonal items go quickly and are often in short supply

Go at your own risk. Things are great as long as there are no questions issues or frustrations and they have thier money. Unfortunately when you try to resolve issues they turn to toxic business policies. Agents and customer service reps are rude do not listen and are not accountable.Good Luck!
