Poor, toxic and unprofessional work environment. Management prefer to take sides without legit proves besides what a small group of people will say and videos without voice. Managers would not do anything to protect good coworkers but will do everything to act upon emotional and irrational decisions from upper Management department and few coworkers. They would let others coworkers to dictate, boss you and command others coworkers from same job position for months and even years. Management won’t do anything to stop the discomfort, verbal abuse and harassment from a specific group of workers that due to racism committed with many wrong conduct at work towards Muslims. Many time coworkers will cut your bottle of water for those who are Muslim and even will make pee on it and still management won’t take any action. The same niche of people will create a big group to against others coworkers based on bias from old employees to get honest and worthy coworkers getting fired, and still management won’t do anything to address the issue rather than turn a blind eye in the company to preserve their job! HHRR won’t address the issues with proper management and professionalism they rather keep firing people based on bias and racism. Management won’t address any issues from coworkers who have been facing toxic environments from others coworkers since years but they will do something if you finally stand up for yourself due to their lack of support and proper leadership since the beginning of the issue. If you are thinking to work or to apply here. I would recommend to please search more, be careful with current employees, make sure to get a Lawyer by your side and report anything since day one if you face toxic environment so you don’t become a victim of “ wrongful termination due to racism and personal hate from the employer and employees “ . Let’s no forget that coworkers will dictate and delegate you what to do, when to do and how to do the job even if both belongs to same job position and if you decide to communicate to the Manager they won’t do as much, they will just do their minimum and leave the issue as is. When this issue continues and you report it. Management won’t do a single thing. Once the issue becomes worse and same behavior continues, and you see the lack of improvement from management, then you stand up for your rights, your honor and address the situation directly with the problematic coworkers, then they don’t like it and decide to report you. This is when the management then takes action but in favor of the toxic coworkers. Management not only dismissed and ignored your prior concerns but will take action right away when the consequences of their poor management performance is done and you have already standing up for yourself of course keeping the professionalism and respect. Even with this behavior, coworkers will slander you, lie about you and manipulate their history for their convenience and Management will believe them. Make sure to have a lawyer, prove, records of evidence to legally support Yourself!

The worst company to manage, dispense, or deal with PERIOD! Each and every time I've had to refill, there's an issue, not to mention the incompetency, rudeness, "mysterious" charges, and all of the above. 2 weeks, still no meds, no call backs, they don't/won't answer the phone...I can go on. Again, the WORST mail order pharmacy EVER! Agent Howard, lies and is insanely rude, and probably has displayed the worst mannerism thus far. If I could go elsewhere, trust I would however, it's mandatory for the bs insurance I have 😏. Thanks for all that you don't do UnitedRx!
UPDATE: The pharmacist Howard did come through with the issuance of my meds, the customer service was way better than the previous encounters. I was satisfied with this last ordeal.

You people are the most incompetent people/service l have had the displeasure of dealing with in my 70+ yrs. of existence. Your deliveries are never on time, and you have the audacity to continually LIE about when they will arrive. LIARS, LIARS LIARS!!!

They're no BBB accredited because they are horrible. Absolutely terrible pharmacy. Worst customer service experience I have ever experienced!!! Greedy Jewish ownership that hires very poor quality employees for terrible benefits and pay. This is exhibited in how they run their business and the extremely poor customer service that they provide. Their prices are very expensive as well relative to their competitors. I honestly don't see how they stay in business.

Without discussing the legal battle to come, the owner allows Nick Dillon the DM at the Carbondale, IL office to yell and cuss his employees. Kim in HR does nothing. The owner does nothing. If you work here and say ANYTHING to HR, they will retaliate against you. You will be fired.

I needed to get a different pharmacy that would take my prescription drug insurance after Caremark messed up my order for the umpteenth time.The folks at United RX couldn't have been more helpful, and were able to take care of my scripts and saved me money compared to Caremark.I think you will be pleasantly surprised if you utilize them.
